Judd Modern Rustic Log Cabin

This little cabin is my modern version of the log cabin. I wanted to make it to have the most view and so I turned most of the walls into 'windows'. The upstairs open spaced bedroom still has privacy where there is a small window where the bed is placed.

The Judd is only 35 land impact and has a base area of 16x15. It would fit a 512 parcel but it would look better on a 1024 parcel where you can add trees around it.

I have also included a few pine trees and ferns. The pine trees are sculpt so you can stretch it to a big size tree and it would still remain 2 prims. I have also included a base island just in case yours is a water parcel or you want to put the house up in the sky.

The house is partial mesh, copy, mod and no transfer. I have included a rezzer version for the house for easy positioning. The house is UNFURNISHED. The furnitures in these pictures are from Bazar.

Judd Modern Rustic Log Cabin is available for 200L on the Marketplace.

Adam Log Cabin

Adam Log Cabin is another home for the small parcel owner. The cabin is 13x14 and will fit a 512 parcel(16x32) but would look better on a 1024 plot(32x32).

This cabin has large viewing windows. The living area is spacious enough to have a fireplace, the sofa and armchairs, and even the decorative cabinets as can be seen in the pictures.

The kitchen and dining are combined with views on both sides and from this room, there is the verandah for outside meals and outdoor viewing. I made the kitchen/dining area big enough to fit in the big kitchen cabinet as can be seen in the pictures.

The bedroom attic is spacious with large windows.

Adam Log Cabin is 59 land impact. I have added optional chimney and fireplace accessories if you don't have one. I have also included optional pine trees and fern, and optional island base if your parcel is water base or if you want to put this cabin up in the sky and you don't have your own.

Adam Log Cabin is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. Furnitures are from Bazar, Noctis and LIsp.

Ridley Log Cabin

Ridley Log Cabin is 51 land impact and has a base of 13x15. It has an open space living and kitchen/dining area, but spacious enough if you like the big kitchen as shown in the picture. I intended to have the optional fireplace in the living area for coziness, but you are free to have other ideas. It also has a small front porch/verandah.

Upstairs, is open and spacious. The windows and shutters are scripted to open and close. The optional fireplace and chimney with accessories is 6 land impact and is inside the folder if you want to use them.

I have also added optional landscaping for a 32x32 area. You can of course, use the plants and trees individually or just not use them at all!

Logan Family Lodge

This is my last build for the year.

This is a house with a lot of rooms and perfect for a large family It is 204 land impact and 37x33.

There are 2 wings to the house and in between is an open area patio for family gathering.

The right wing of the house, I imagine as the parents' area.  There is the sitting room with a fireplace and another room which can also be entered from the patio. Upstairs are 2 rooms, which can be turned into a large bedroom with another fireplace and a large bathroom.

The left wing has 2 rooms on the ground floor, one is smaller and can be turned into another bathroom and a very large space for a kitchen and dining. Upstairs, there is additional space for family and 5 rooms, one a smaller one which can also be a bathroom. So all in, there are 6 bedrooms and 3 baths.

I've added landscaping which is 77LI and I've made 2 rezzers, one just for the house and the other, with the landscaping included.

As usual, my builds are copy and mod while some scripts are no mod.

Logan Family Lodge is available for 300L on the marketplace.

Season of Giving

This year's freebie is a log cabin and a stable.

As with past years, I have tried to make low prim little builds for this season of giving. This year, however, real life has changed a lot for me and I don't have as much time to spent in SL. So this year, while I was building Teddy's Log Cabin and Stable, I have decided not to try building any low prim freebie houses.

Instead, Teddy's Log Cabin and Stable is this year's freebie but only till the end of the year 2017. It is TRANSFER ONLY. Once the year is over, I will be reverting Teddy's Log Cabin and Stable to copy and modifiable plus I will be adding the landscaping the way I have already imagined in my mind and selling it. Well, that is my plan, but as with all plans, things might change.

Teddy's Log Cabin is a cute little cabin with a loft and dormer while Teddy's Stable can fit a couple of horse and a foal. I made the stable to specifically fit the ABC horses coz they are really BIG horses.

Teddy's Log Cabin is 41LI, 9x10
Teddy's Stable is 17LI, 8x9

Please get them at my in-world store. They are set at 0L with the other freebies on the wall. I won't be putting them in the Marketplace.

These are some of my pretty Gypsy Vanners Silver Tobiano Snowflakes. I wanted them to pull a sled in the snow, but I just don't have time to make that happen:( So all they can do are hang around in the snow with Moon infront of the freebie cabin and stable.

I hope you enjoy the Cabin and Stable! Have a wonderful HOLIDAY and may next year be even better than this year!!!!

Pine Ridge Lodge

Another log cabin...

I wanted to do a bigger log cabin with the huge A-framed windows and the Pine Ridge Lodge is just the right size.

It still has the dormer windows which I am obsessed with at the moment and green roof which I blame on the Christmas season. But it blends well with the trees.

I also added a fireplace next to the huge windows and that would be a great place for family to gather while having a wonderful view. The ground floor is open concept which makes it easy to decorate.

There are 5 bedrooms in this house. The one on the ground floor has an attached bathroom and can also be accessed from the front deck. On the upper floor, the biggest of the 4 bedrooms even has it's own private loft while the rest will have to share the common loft above their rooms. There is also a balcony overlooking the backyard.

The house itself is 212 land impact and around 31x41. I have added some pine trees and flowers and with this landscaping, it becomes 265 land impact on a 37x44 base. There are 2 rezzers, one for just the house and the other for the house and landscaping.

As usual, the house is copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts are no mod.

Pine Ridge Lodge is available for 599L at my in-world store and the Marketplace.

Little Spring Log Cabin

A little stream runs through the pine forest.

This time my log cabin has the red roof and since I love doing the dormers, I have them again and with green shutters. It feels kind of christmassy but I don't have any snow with this build.

The log cabin is 185 land impact and has an area of about 20x23 inclusive of the entrance stairs. It has the long porch on both sides of the house and identical dormers.

I have also added landscaping. Around the house are the flowers and young trees while tall pine trees are scattered on a 55x45 area. There is also a shallow stream meandering between the trees. With the landscaping, the set up comes to 370LI.

Inside, the first floor is open concept. The walls and ceiling are made of log but of a lighter shade than the outside.

Upstairs, the space is big enough for a family area. There are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom can be turned into a bathroom. The loft above can be the children's playroom/sleep area. Also, the large windows let in the light.

I have included separate rezzers for the cabin, landscape and the cabin and landscape. As usual, my builds are copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts are no mod.

The Little Spring Log Cabin is now available for 600L at my in-world store and the Marketplace. Please see the demo of this house at my in-world store.

MaryJane's Log Cabin

A cold day at the beach.

This log cabin is 143 land impact with an area of 22x22. It has a front and back craftman-style porch.

It also has a lot of big dormer windows because I wanted it to look like a single-storey house but with that extra space upstairs. I didn't want the cabin to look high.

It has an open spaced kitchen and dining and living area. I have made a separate room with a double- door on the ground floor which can be turned into a bedroom or a more private living area. On the upper floor, it has a spacious landing with option to turn into a family area.

It has one large bedroom with a balcony overlooking the backyard. There is another smaller bedroom for the little kids at the opposite end of the landing area.

I had an idea of pine trees and wooden path surrounding this cabin and so I just had to add the landscaping too. And the deers. With the landscaping, MaryJane's Log Cabin is 280 land impact and has a 55x48 base.

This house would be perfect up on a mountain or by a lake. It can also be turned into a skybox.

The house is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

MaryJane's Log Cabin is now available for 699L at my in-world store and the marketplace. Please see the demo at my in-world store.
