Elise House is a double-storey house with a spacious front porch for a great view of the countryside or the beach or just your neighbour's house across the street:)
There are 2 entrances, to the living-room and the side door kitchen. The living-room, dining-room and kitchen are all separated with the kitchen big enough to add a breakfast table.
There are 4 different sizes rooms upstairs and another room downstairs.

Elise House is 105 land impact, partial mesh, copiable, modifiable but not transferable. It needs a 19x18 base and will fit a 32x32 plot nicely.
