Sundown Fishing Cabin

 

I wanted to build a rustic house in the wetlands where it is hot and humid too and where fishes are a plenty!  After many changes in textures because my eyes just cannot discern the dark shades in this new FS update, I came up with these textures. Sundown Fishing Cabin is a mixture of dark and light wooden textures.

Sundown Fishing Cabin is a double-storey wooden house on high stilts. This rustic home can be placed on dry land or water.

It has two weathered staircases that leads up to the house, one for the front and another for the back. You may notice that there is a passageway under the house where it is stiltless. I imagine this as a passage-way if the house is partly on water and a boat can make it's way to the back staircase and bring home the catch. 

It also has a continuous verandah except for the back part of the house.

Both the living and kitchen area has 2 doors that leads out onto the verandah.

From the kitchen, the stairs takes you up to an open space and to the bedroom.

This house fits snugly on a 32x32 plot and it would look better on a 64x32plot.

It is 68 land impact and 30x17. It comes with and without a rezzer. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.
