Furbabies, Potted plants and Everything in Between

It was time to birth this year's KittyCats' SL23B furbabies and as a bonus, there is also a Princess Callie furbaby. She doesn't have a partner, but that's ok. She can share if she wants to hehehe.

My current pc has broken down. I am certain it's nothing serious, but when I moved that pc to another room, the monitor didn't work. I looked up the how-to-fix on the internet and I could only figure out step1... so, I had to send it off. Anyways, this ancient pc I am using can't even update the latest Firestorm and boy, does it go slow and slower.

I absolutely love Tres Blah's latest release for June Collabor... which is why Moon is wearing the same outfit on different days... I did debate on buying it because I have decided to always add wrinkles and lines on Moon's face. 17 years is a long time in SL and it was time for Moon to age accordingly. And then, when I demoed the romper, I said, what the heck, it's so cute! And Moon looks youthful from afar anyways!

The first picture has Moon wearing Tram's hair from Uber while the second is from Collabor. Both sims are no longer crowded. Actually, with so many events, you only have to wait a few days for the crowd to clear.

The hanging potted succulent behind Moon in the second picture is from Dreamland Designs. I bought it with their gift card for the month of June. This is for group members only. During the SLB23 event, group is free.

Lastly, below is a portrait of Moon using ChatGPT because I find it fun to use new technology... which will one day be old technology like this pc I am using:p

 

Glam Time

It's time to put on the heavy make-up and the glamorous gown! These are some of the free gifts from SL23rd Birthday at the Shop&Hop. This couple of months have been extra busy in RL and I couldn't find the time to do more freebie hunting. I do want to express my gratefulness and thanks to all the creators who have given us exceptional gifts and store credits.

I also didn't have the time to check out all the resident exhibits, but there is one exhibit I really like. It's called  A love letter to the Golden Age by Faith.

MCM houses

 

Mid century modern(MCM) house style started after WW2 till the 70s. It was really a simplified and minimalistic style. 

Above is Cassidy Modern House. It is 50LI and 21.5x19. It has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Brent Modern House is another single-storey house. It is 40LI and 20x19. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Ace Modern House is 54LI and 21x18. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

All 3 houses have separate kitchen and open-spaced living and dining area.
