MCM houses

 

Mid century modern(MCM) house style started after WW2 till the 70s. It was really a simplified and minimalistic style. 

Above is Cassidy Modern House. It is 50LI and 21.5x19. It has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Brent Modern House is another single-storey house. It is 40LI and 20x19. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Ace Modern House is 54LI and 21x18. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

All 3 houses have separate kitchen and open-spaced living and dining area.

Daisy Cottage

 

Daisy Cottage is a simple white rustic brick home. It is single-storey house with a large living/dining area, 2 rooms and a kitchen with an exit door.

It is 61 land impact with a 27x13 base area. It will fit a 1024 sq parcel. It is copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer.

Daisy Cottage is UNFURNISHED and no landscaping. Furnitures and landscaping are to show the sizes of the rooms and house.
