Catherine House

 

Catherine House is a double-storey house influenced by the brownstone townhouse.

It has an entrance foyer that leads upstairs, separate living and kitchen area and a small room downstairs. There is also another entrance in the kitchen.

 There are 3 different sizes rooms upstairs and an open-spaced area.

Catherine House is 90 land impact with a 12.5x19 base area. It will fit a 32x32 plot nicely. It is copiable, modifiable, partial mesh and no transfer.

I have also added a rezzer for easy positioning.
