a Winter House

This house is a renovated version of My Winter Dollhouse.  I have made the width wider, changed the upper windows and upgraded the staircase.

Winter House is 36 land impact and 12x9. It is a small double-story house. I have also added newer plants and accessories which are 47 land impact and a 25x16 base.

A perfectly cosy home for the single avatar! And a great backdrop for taking pictures!

I have also added rezzers for easy positioning. Winter House is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

Winter House is available for 50linden on the Marketplace.

Bailey Log Cabin

Bailey Log Cabin is a one bedroom cabin with it's own swimming pool. The Cabin is 65 land impact and 24x15.

The bedroom's double doors opens up to the pool.

The living/dining/kitchen is open-planned.

I have also added optional landscaping and chimney which adds up 42 land impact. You will need a land area of 30x20 for the landscaping.

I have also made rezzers for just the Cabin and the Cabin with landscaping.

Bailey Log Cabin is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

Logan Mountain Cabin

Logan Mountain Cabin is a modern designed home with one bedroom. It is only 20 land impact and has a base of 21x16.

I have added optional landscaping which is 26 land impact.  With landscaping, an area of 25x22 is needed.

Logan Mountain Cabin is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have added rezzers for both cabin and cabin with landscape.

Jackson Forest Cabin

Before I start writing about my latest build, I've noticed that the houses are getting too big for my avatar. Recently, I've edited the shape of my avatar and her height is now 14short. Even the pets are becoming giants, like they've been on some freakish growth hormone!

Anyway, The Jackson Forest Cabin is a single-storey house with sloping roof. It has 2 bedrooms with fireplace. One of the bedroom even have it's own private balcony.

There is another balcony at the back... to watch those wild animals...
