Martha Cape Cottage

 

Martha Cape Cottage is a single-storey bungalow with high ceilings and walls(5m).

It has a covered porch entrance and a spacious covered verandah at the back.

The living and dining area leads out to the verandah while there is also another door in the kitchen area that will take you to the verandah. A wonderful area for eating and entertaining outdoor!

There are 2 bedrooms and a smaller room with tiled floor which would fit a bathroom.

Martha Cape Cottage is 25x20 and will fit in a 32x32 plot snugly. It is better to place it in a 64x32 plot.

The cottage is 76 land impact, copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have also included a rezzer for easy positioning.

Glory Beach House

 

Glory Beach House is a one-and-a-half storey wooden dormer house. 

It is high ceiling(5m wall) with long windows. It has 2 sliding doors that leads into the living area and the kitchen area.

Upstairs is the bedroom. The flowers in the windows are included.

Glory Beach House is 79 land impact with a 17x13 base. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

I have included a rezzer for easy positioning. I have also included an extra deck. Please see the demo house at the Demo Area.

Adam Weathered Boathouse

 

Adam Weathered Boathouse is a single storey house on high stilts. It is meant to be placed on water, but if you can also use it for land. Just edit out the unnecessary parts.

It has one bedroom and an open style living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a private outdoor balcony at the back of the house.

This building is 62 land impact and has a base area of 18x15. You can place it on a 512 parcel but it will look better on a 1024 parcel.

The long windows are scripted to open and close and the louvred panels allow the sea breeze to cool the rooms(in my imaginations of course!).

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. The furnitures are from Bazar. I have also included the building in a REZZER for easy positioning. More pictures in the Marketplace.

MaryJane Tudor Cottage

 

MaryJane Tudor Cottage is a cute little brick and timber house. It's been 'renovated' to appear slightly modern with the louvred windows so this house has the best view. It is 14x14 and could fit into a 512 parcel(16x32) but would look better on a 1024 parcel(32x32).

The living area is cozy and snugly. You can, of course, turn this into the entrance area and move the living area further in.

The kitchen and dining area is spacious.

MaryJane Tudor Cottage has a base area of 14x14 and is 56 land impact. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. Furnitures are from Bazar. I have included the chimney and accessories(6LI) but you may prefer to use your own. I have also included the trees and plants and the island base(24x25) if you need it for a water parcel or sky base. I have also included a rezzer box for easy positioning.

Adam Log Cabin

 

Adam Log Cabin is another home for the small parcel owner. The cabin is 13x14 and will fit a 512 parcel(16x32) but would look better on a 1024 plot(32x32).

This cabin has large viewing windows. The living area is spacious enough to have a fireplace, the sofa and armchairs, and even the decorative cabinets as can be seen in the pictures.

The kitchen and dining are combined with views on both sides and from this room, there is the verandah for outside meals and outdoor viewing. I made the kitchen/dining area big enough to fit in the big kitchen cabinet as can be seen in the pictures.

The bedroom attic is spacious with large windows.

Adam Log Cabin is 59 land impact. I have added optional chimney and fireplace accessories if you don't have one. I have also included optional pine trees and fern, and optional island base if your parcel is water base or if you want to put this cabin up in the sky and you don't have your own.

Adam Log Cabin is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. Furnitures are from Bazar, Noctis and LIsp.

Pine Island Log Cabin

Pine Island Log Cabin is a small and cozy home for the small parcel owners. It can fit the 512 parcel(16x32) snugly but would be better for a 1024 parcel(32x32)

Pine Island Log Cabin is 43 land impact and has a base of 13x15. It has a separate living and kitchen/dining area, but spacious enough if you like the big kitchen as shown in the picture below. I intended to have the optional fireplace in the living area for coziness, but you are free to have other ideas. It also has a front porch/verandah.

Upstairs, is open and spacious. 

The windows and shutters are scripted to open and close.

The optional fireplace and chimney with accessories is 6 land impact and is inside the folder if you want to use them.

I have also added optional landscaping for a 32x32 area. You can of course, use the plants and trees individually or just not use them at all!

When unlinked the plants and landscaping is 35LI, but linked, they are 22LI. There is also an island base and just a prim water texture as part of the landscaping. I find them useful if I want to make skybox home for the log cabin. You can also use the island base if you have a water parcel and no land.

Carter Lake House

Carter Lake House is a single-storey house on stilts, 69LI with a 14x15 base. It fits a 512(16x32) parcel very snugly. You can just plop it on the water and have your boat next to it.

The open space kitchen/dining and living area has scripted long windows all around it and I made it so that you can also walk through them when open, and JUMP into the water! Or just sit and do some fishing:)

The bedroom next to it also has full length scripted window for the same purpose.

The windows of the sun roofs are also scripted to open and close.

I have made a rezzer for easy positioning and if you want some land, I have also include a piece of mesh island and 3 sculpted palm trees.

Carter Waterfront Cabin

Carter Waterfront Cabin is a double-storey house that can fit a 512(16x32) parcel snugly. It is 73 land impact and 15.2x20. You can just plop it on your water parcel and have your boat next to it.

The living/kitchen/dining area downstairs is spacious and has full length scripted windows for the best views. The bedroom up stairs is slightly private, but it still has one wall of full length scripted windows to open for the breeze.

I have made a rezzer for easy positioning and I have also included a piece of mesh land and 3 sculpted palm trees if you want to connect the house to land.

Carter Waterfront Cabin is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED.

A Beachcomber Cabin

This is not a new house idea. Infact, it is a newer version of my popular The Beachcomber Series which I have now discontinued. Those houses were premeshed days. I have built this house on a 14x14 base so that it can fit a 512 parcel(16x32) on all sides. It is only 37 land impact, so you will have plenty of prims leftover.

It has 2 rooms with double doors facing the deck with pergola. There is also a back door from the bigger room. Each room has a sun-roof with scripted windows.

I have also included a smaller version, Beachcomber Cabin 15LI(picture below) if you want a simple building next to your boat or as a guest cabin. It has a 5.7x9 base area. I have also included A Beachcomber Cabin without pergola 33LI. Also, if you want to further cut down on prims, you can edit and delete the stilts!

I have made a rezzer for the A Beachcomber Cabin. The others are stand alones. All are copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh and UNFURNISHED.

I am also including the optional sculpted Palm Trees and mesh island if your parcel is totally water and you need a little piece of land. 

Furnitures in the pictures are from Kazza, Bazar, Interior Addiction and Dejavu.

Carter Beach Cabana

 

I love living on water parcels and I made the Carter Beach Cabana with that in mind. Of course, this 'beach house' can also be turned into a boat house too.

There are 2 separate 'cabins'. I turned the upper cabin into a bedroom with a verandah while a kitchen/dining/living space for the lower cabin. It's up to you really.

The deck is also wide enough to have an outdoor sitting area or work area.

Carter Beach Cabana is 64LI and 23.3x14.2 wide. It can also fit a 512 parcel(32x16) snugly. I have made a rezzer for easy positioning. I have also included the cabins and deck separately.

Carter Beach Cabana is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I used furnitures from Bazar, Kazza and Interior Addiction.

Also included is the mesh island and the 3 sculpted palm tree, each 3LI. I added sculpt palms because these will not increase in prims if you increase their size. Sometimes, it's nice to have huge trees without worrying about prim count.

Harrow Beach House

 

Harrow Beach House is a modern and compact wooden house on stilt. It has ceiling to floor glass windows for the best views and maximum sunlight. 

The living area and the dining/kitchen area are separated.

Lulu Beach Hut

 

Lulu Beach Hut is a wooden one-room house on high stilts.

It has louvered walls at the entrance verandah to let the breeze in and shade from the heat. The shutters are scripted to open and shut. The deck, which is not linked to the house, is additional living space. So is the area below the house.

Lulu Beach Hut is 67 land impact and 9x12

The deck is 5 land impact and 13x5.5

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

I have also added optional tropical foliages as seen in this picture.
