 Muriel Cottage is a small double-storey home. It has 2 rooms and an open area upstairs. It would fit a 512 parcel but would look better on a 1024 parcel.

The living, dining and kitchen area are all separated and cozy enough to put your furniture. There is another door to the outside from the kitchen.

MaryJane Tudor Cottage is a cute little brick and timber house. It's been 'renovated' to appear slightly modern with the louvred windows so this house has the best view. It is 14x14 and could fit into a 512 parcel(16x32) but would look better on a 1024 parcel(32x32).

The living area is cozy and snugly. You can, of course, turn this into the entrance area and move the living area further in.

The kitchen and dining area is spacious.

MaryJane Tudor Cottage has a base area of 14x14 and is 56 land impact. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. Furnitures are from Bazar. I have included the chimney and accessories(6LI) but you may prefer to use your own. I have also included the trees and plants and the island base(24x25) if you need it for a water parcel or sky base. I have also included a rezzer box for easy positioning.

Veneer Minima House

 Veneer Minima House is a very simple and minimalistic home made of wood, brick and cement. It has an open space concept for the ground floor, one bedroom on the upper floor and a balcony.

This house has a base area of 9x12 and only 27LI.

It is unfurnished, copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have added one with rezzer and one without.

The furnitures used in the photo are from Bazar.

Sean Urban Cabin

 

I had so much fun doing the last 2 container cabins I was inspired to do more. This time, the Sean Urban Cabin is half a container with a pergola for shade and aesthetics..

Imagine dropping this little cabin on a roof top in the City.... or anywhere you want.... Up in the sky. Or stack it one of top of the other.

Use it as a dressing-room. Use it as an office. The possibilities are endless!

Sean Urban Cabin is only 10 land impact. The cabin is 6 LI, 6x6. With the pergola, it is only 6x11. I have also included just the cabin without the pergola.
