The Minima Slate

 I felt like decorating...

The Minima Slate is a modern single-storey house with flat roof and ceiling to floor large windows. It will look great on the beach, lake and even the mountains.

It has separate kitchen, dining and living areas with entrances on both the front and back patios. There are 3 different sizes rooms, one of which can be the bathroom.

The Minima Slate is 40 land impact, 23x25.5, copy, mod and no transfer. It is UNFURNISHED. Furnitures are from Bazar and WhyNot. Plants are from my Marketplace.

I have also added a rezzer for easy positioning.

The Juglans Minima

 

The Juglans Minima is a modern minimalist home with high walls(5m) and spacious living area.

It has an open concept for the living, dining and kitchen area.

There are 4 rooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

The Juglans Minima is 50 land impact and 13x17. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I have added rezzer for easy positioning. Please see the house at the demo area.

The Juglans Minima is available for 200L on the Marketplace and the demo area.

Carter Beach Cabin

 

Carter Beach Cabin is a compact home that would fit a 512(32x16) parcel. You can set it on land or water and still have space to put your boat on the side.

The living, dining and kitchen area and double doors that lead onto the deck.

The 'bedroom' area also has a double door that leads onto the deck.

I have tried to make this home as minimalistic as possible without losing the aesthetics so that there would be more prims leftover for the 512 parcel owner.

The cabin is copy, mod and no transfer. It is partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. Furnitures are from Bazar and Elm. The boat is from Trudeau.

I have made a rezzer and non-rezzer version.

Veneer Minima House

 Veneer Minima House is a very simple and minimalistic home made of wood, brick and cement. It has an open space concept for the ground floor, one bedroom on the upper floor and a balcony.

This house has a base area of 9x12 and only 27LI.

It is unfurnished, copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have added one with rezzer and one without.

The furnitures used in the photo are from Bazar.

Veneer Minima House is available for 60L in the Marketplace.

Sean Urban House

 

Sean Urban House is a low prim modern brick and cement house with lots of wide ceiling to floor windows to give you the best views. 

It is simple and minimal. It's floors are natural fibres, the stairs, simple wooden planks separated by wooden louvered dividers.

There are 2 rooms, but I have only made one room with a door for privacy.

Sean Urban House is only 45 land impact with an area of 26x15 and fits a 1024(32x32) parcel nicely. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. The no mod sigh is the door script.

I have also added optional plants in planters, HyphorbePalm in a square planter and Hibiscus in a square planter. If you don't like them, you can throw them away, but I hope you like them:)

I have also made a rezzer for easy positioning.

Sean Urban Cabin

 

I had so much fun doing the last 2 container cabins I was inspired to do more. This time, the Sean Urban Cabin is half a container with a pergola for shade and aesthetics..

Imagine dropping this little cabin on a roof top in the City.... or anywhere you want.... Up in the sky. Or stack it one of top of the other.

Use it as a dressing-room. Use it as an office. The possibilities are endless!

Sean Urban Cabin is only 10 land impact. The cabin is 6 LI, 6x6. With the pergola, it is only 6x11. I have also included just the cabin without the pergola.

It is copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh. The no mod sign is the script. This dwelling comes unfurnished.
