Two small houses

 

Sully Hideaway is a small double-storey weather-beaten cabin with open spaces upstairs and downstairs.

It has an entrance door and a back door for hasty exit.

It is suitable anywhere, a swampy land, a mountain parcel with lots of trees and even the bare spaciousness of the beach.

This cabin is 43LI with a base area of 9.5x14.5, it is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

I have included a rezzer for easier positioning.

Cooper Cabin is a small single-storey open-spaced concept wooden home with one bedroom and an attached bathroom.

I made it for an inland area wooded parcel but it can also be placed near the waters.

The cabin is 27LI, 16x12.5 

I have also added optional plants.

The cabin with flowers and grass is 33LI

The cabin with flowers, grass and scuplted trees is 42LI

Cooper Cabin is copy, mod, no trans and partial mesh. I have added a rezzer for the cabin.

Island House revisit

 This is not a new build, but I've always like this house because of it's village vibe.

When I started breeding kittycats again on this island, I opted for this house, yet again. Except this time, I didn't edit out the back room.

The back room was meant to be the kitchen. And since I sometimes roleplay in  Gorean sims, I have been looking out for old-style furniture.

The kitchen leads up to the upper part of the house.

The low chairs and cushions makes the room bigger.

Mari House

 It is not easy to get back to stacking prims, but here is Mari House, a small double-storey house with an open space concept and slightly curved roof.

The house has a footprint of 14x7, but with the verandah and water feature, it is 14x17. The walls are 5m high. It has large windows and double sliding doors.

Mari House is 98 land impact. With the landscaping, it is 102 land impact. I have added rezzers to the houses with and without the landscaping.

The house is copy, mod and no transfer. Furnitures are not included.

Eco Lily House

 

Eco Lily House is another wooden house with high ceilings(5m). The dark wood contrasts with the lighter wood of upper floor. The decks are dark wood.

The main door and side doors are sliding doors. There is square space between the building which you could turn into a pond or a small garden. The kitchen and dining are separated. There are two living areas.

The upper floor has 2 rooms and an open-spaced area. The is also another exit door on the lower floor which is the kitchen.

Glory Beach House

 

Glory Beach House is a one-and-a-half storey wooden dormer house. 

It is high ceiling(5m wall) with long windows. It has 2 sliding doors that leads into the living area and the kitchen area.

Upstairs is the bedroom. The flowers in the windows are included.

Glory Beach House is 79 land impact with a 17x13 base. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

I have included a rezzer for easy positioning. I have also included an extra deck. Please see the demo house at the Demo Area.

Eco Mina Lakehouse

 

Eco Mina Lakehouse is a wooden double-storey home with lots of wide windows and high ceilings(5m walls).

It has separate living area that leads out to a back patio, a separate dining area which leads up to the bedroom and open area upstairs and a separate kitchen that leads out to the back patio.

There are 2 versions. Eco Mina with stilts to put on the water is 83 land impact while Eco Mina without stilts to put on land is 74 land impact. They are both 20x18.

I have put both in rezzers for easy positioning.

Eco Alia House

 

Eco Alia House is a double storey Traditional inspired wooden house.

It is a compact home with a separate living area and joined dining and kitchen area. The entrance is a carved sliding door that leads straight up to two rooms.

From the dining/kitchen area, there is a sliding door that leads outside.

Eco Alia House is 62 land impact with a 10x15 area. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. Please see the house at the demo area.

Eco Yuna House

 

Eco Yuna House is a double-storey Traditional inspired wooden house.

It is small and compact but with high walls(5m). It has separate living and dining area and kitchen. Upstairs, there are 2 rooms.

The entrance to the house is a sliding door with carved geometric star motif on one side. There is also another entrance from the kitchen.

Eco Yuna House is 66 land impact and has approximately 12x17 area. It will fit on a 1024(32x32) parcel.

The house is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. Please see the house at the demo area.

Eco Hana House

 

Eco Hana House is a single storey traditional inspired wooden house. It has high walls(5m) and curved roof.

The windows are large to let the light in and some of them are scripted to open and close.

It has separate living, dining and kitchen area. It has 2 rooms. The entrance is a sliding door with carved leaf motif on one side. From the living area, you can also exit out onto a patio from another sliding door. You can also enter the kitchen from this patio from another door.

Eco Hana House is only 45 land impact and 17x15. I have tried to minimize on the prim count by making the outside texture and the inside texture the same, so if you changed the textures, please note that you will need to edit and add extra walls.

Fisher Weathered Boathouse

 

Fisher Weathered Boathouse has seen a lot of stormy weather and thus the name:) But it is still a cheerful home with it's faded blues and white painted woods. It is 74 land impact and has a 17x18 base. It fits nicely on a 1024 parcel.

It is a small home with a one-room living, dining and kitchen that opens out to the balconies and a spacious bedroom that also opens out to the balcony.

Below is where you keep your boat with more space for other activities.

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It comes UNFURNISHED. The furnitures I used are from Bazar, Kazza and Chez Moi.

Fisher Rustic Farmhouse

 

This rustic wooden house has weathered a lot and the shades of blues and white paints adds to it's charm. It is 65 land impact and 11x14.5 and fits nicely on a 1024 parcel.

It is a simple double-storey house with one room downstairs and one room upstairs. The single glass-door entrance leads up to the upper floor and the room downstairs has a double glass-door that will take you outside.

The glass windows and shutters are scripted to open and close, as are the doors.

I have added a rezzer for easy positioning.

Fisher Rustic Farmhouse is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I used furnitures from KAZZA, Bazar and  Chez Moi. You can also find the landscaping trees and flowers on my marketplace.
