Ashley Manor

 

Ashley Manor is a double-storey brick house inspired by Georgian/Colonial style.

It has a spacious hallway/entrance. The living-room/ dining-room and kitchen are separated. The kitchen is large enough to add a breakfast table with large windows for great view. A door from the kitchen leads out to the side of the house. There is also a private room next to the living-room.

Upstairs are 4 private rooms and an open area for relaxation/entertainment.

Ashley Manor is 106 land impact with a 24x17 base area. It will fit a 1024(32x32) parcel. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED.

Emily Farmhouse

 

Emily Farmhouse is a double-storey white house with large windows and spacious rooms.

It has separate living, dining and kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is 74 land impact with a 16x18 base area. I have included a rezzer for easier positioning. It has separate living, dining and kitchen.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

I have also included a stable for this house. It is 20land impact. It is optional. If you use the Emily Farmhouse w Stable Rezzer, the house and stable has a 30x23 base area and will fit a square 1024 parcel.

Emily Farmhouse is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED.

Maus Farmhouse

 

Maus Farmhouse is a double-storey rustic white brickhouse with gambrel roofs. It has a spacious entrance hallway, separate living-room, separate dining-room and separate kitchen. On the ground floor, there are 2 private rooms.

Upstairs, the landing area is also spacious with 3 private rooms.

Below is the kitchen with furnitures bought from Muniick and Kazza.

There are 2 versions of this house-with chimneys and without chimneys.

The house is either 124LI or 130LI. It 25x23 and will fit a 1024 parcel snugly.

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have also included REZZERS for easier positioning.

It is UNFURNISHED.

Seamus Farmhouse & Stable

 After getting my cute horse, I was inspired to build a small house with a stable.

This is double-story farmhouse with the stable next to it. The house has a fenced verandah coz we don't want the horse to hang around there and poop do we? 

Inside, the living, dining and kitchen areas have separate rooms. Upstairs is a small landing space that leads to a bathroom and the bedroom.

Seamus Farmhouse&Stable is 95 land impact and needs a 25x20 area. It is copy, mod, no trans and partial mesh.

I have included a REZZER for easy positioning. I have also included just the farmhouse and the stable separately and I have also included another version of the stable with more windows. The farmhouse is 74LI, stable1 is 21LI and stable2 is 27LI.

Mari House

 It is not easy to get back to stacking prims, but here is Mari House, a small double-storey house with an open space concept and slightly curved roof.

The house has a footprint of 14x7, but with the verandah and water feature, it is 14x17. The walls are 5m high. It has large windows and double sliding doors.

Mari House is 98 land impact. With the landscaping, it is 102 land impact. I have added rezzers to the houses with and without the landscaping.

The house is copy, mod and no transfer. Furnitures are not included.
