Another day shopping

Sometimes I get upset when I try a demo and my avatar can't fit.

This happens with dresses and hairs. I have to admit, I wanted to wear COCO's clothings so bad, I bought Maitreya's Lara mesh body. Moon is wearing COCO's Ruffled Bra Top and Linen Pants Striped Blue. I have no regrets. Bento is incredible.  Next to Moon is her bento Water Horse Jackie Maine.

Even her ears are bento from BentBox and when she walks, they 'flap' up and down. Hilarious and I love it! On the last day of Hair Fair 2017, I went out and bought Little Bones Naomi and Kendra. I had to tweak Moon's face shape so that it could fit her. Above is Moon wearing Kendra in size M 1.

The poses I am using are from Le Poppycock Strawberry Sky which I bought at The Chapter Four. Behind Moon is her pet Deliboz Lilith. Lilith is 240 days old. Once the horses and ponies reach 141 days old, they no longer breed and they automatically don't need food! And we don't have to give them a special potion either so that's a definitely plus for my purse. Yay!

This is the best part of the day when I can just watch the sunset and the pets. Jack my Bulldog looks so adorable sleeping on his tummy with his legs all splayed out.

In the meantime, I saw this picture on Flickr and I had to go demo the skin. So here is new Moon in Monica from Deetalez. I only had to tweak Moon's face shape a little bit.

New Skin for Moon

I haven't bought a new skin in ages, but last night when I saw the Skinnery Skin Kenza on the Seraphim blog, I decided to get the demo.

I've always admired the Skinnery skin faces but I've always had problems when I demoed it. There's always something not right. This time, it's just right! Moon still looks like Moon. Also, it's Moon's rez day. So Happy Birthday Moon!

Ok, maybe the picture above is not so clear. I was trying to be artistic.

The Kenza skin is actually bare-faced and I've added eye shadow, eyelashes and lipstick. Once I've bought the skin at the Shiny Shabby event, I also had to buy the SLINK feet and hand appliers at their Mainstore. Fortunately I am not into body and head mesh yet or I'd have gone broke.

I love that mole above the upper lips.

Beautiful Rosamund

After making the fun Sassy Lacy dress, I have the beautiful gown Rosamund. I have also added flexi skirts which are options for those who like to see skirts swirling when their avatars dances. The added layers also turn the slim fitted gown into a ball gown. Like a princess!

Citrus at the Thrift Shop

I have been so busy with children and grandchildren lately, I've had to drop blogging for others except Citrus.

Citrus has this adorable short empire dress for this round at the Thrift Shop 7.0. 

The dress comes in 6 colours and I chose red for Moon. The printed fabric has a satiny feel to it that it could be worn at a cocktail(I'm quite obsessed about cocktail dresses at the moment) or a date like going on a boat ride.

Moon has been wearing this hair from Chemistry eversince I bought it from the marketplace. It reminds me so much of my own hair LOL!

Going to the Party
