Lady Luck

I've been walking around with my two rare Chinese Crested furbabies from Hextraordinary eversince I got them.

I got T-Bone on the first try. Pose is by Fashiowl. I like her poses coz they're filled with kookiness and if you're lucky, you can get them at affordable prices during the weekend event sales. She sometimes give away freebie poses too.

I was going for a retro 70's vibe and the turtleneck, big-belted mini and thigh-high boots are all from *COCO*.

The hair from Tram is not so retro, I know, but I like the messy, short style which gave off a youthful vibe.

At this time, I was still using Lelutka Simone Head and I just discovered how to use the BOM! I know, I am so late in that discovery and that bugs me but, I have been away from SL for almost a year except for a few minutes logins and I wasn't playing doll.

Well, now I am. I also found out that I could use my old system skins again, but who wants to use old, right? Time for shopping!

Anyway, I tested a lot of BOM skins which are essentially tattoo face skins without the tattoo body skins(this made me a bit upset coz that meant I had to buy a matching BODY BOM skin or a tattoo body skin too) I found [Mudskin] sold really affordable BOM skins. I liked their skin but a year ago, I found they don't have much choices for Lelutka skins but now they had 4 or 5 and I bought 3 of them! Above, Moon is wearing Hee Soo.

Then Lelutka updated their EVO Heads! I love their face animations! For the next 2 weeks I tested them off and on and it was a choice between Lake and Ryn. In the end I chose Lake for her strong and yet sweet features. Moon is wearing Palvin. Hair is from Lamb. Fauxfur jacket is from *COCO*.

Moon is wearing So Hee here. So Hee looks like Hee Soo's older sister. Top is from Erratic.

Here, I use the Glam Affair skin which came with Lelutka Lake 2.5 and also matching body skin which came with the updated version of Maitreya 5.3! Hair is from Tram. Boots from Gos. Dress is a freebie from Belle Epoque Rezday hunt. GO! GO! GO! There's a lot of freebies there and a 50% sales too.

Finally, I got Pink Lady on my third try. My second was a rare T-Bone wanderer. And that's why I feel lucky!

Coming soon is another 10L modern house in which this pic is taken. Almost all of the decors are old stuffs and their shops are now closed.

PEACE!

Sean Urban House

Sean Urban House is a low prim modern brick and cement house with lots of wide ceiling to floor windows to give you the best views.

It is simple and minimal. It's floors are natural fibres, the stairs, simple wooden planks separated by wooden louvered dividers.

There are 2 rooms, but I have only made one room with a door for privacy.

Sean Urban House is only 45 land impact with an area of 26x15 and fits a 1024(32x32) parcel nicely. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. The no mod sigh is the door script.

I have also added optional plants in planters, HyphorbePalm in a square planter and Hibiscus in a square planter. If you don't like them, you can throw them away, but I hope you like them:)

I have also made a rezzer for easy positioning.

Sean Urban House is now available for 190L on the Marketplace.

Sean Lake Cabin

Sean Lake Cabin is another small, low prim cabin. It is modern and minimal. Although it is named a lake cabin, it can also be a cabin up in the sky.... a skybox.

It is 7x9 plus an extra 2 for the landing and 11 land impact. The one room cabin is partially divided by a louvered panel so that you can have a separate privacy area.

Sean Lake Cabin is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is unfurnished. The pictures are just so you know you can fit a bed and sofa and a few other things in there:)

Sean Lake Cabin is now available for 10L on the Marketplace.

I think this is my final 10L cabins for the time being. I am itching to build bigger houses now:)

Hope you like it!

Sean Urban Cabin

I had so much fun doing the last 2 container cabins I was inspired to do more. This time, the Sean Urban Cabin is half a container with a pergola for shade and aesthetics..

Imagine dropping this little cabin on a roof top in the City.... or anywhere you want.... Up in the sky. Or stack it one of top of the other.

Use it as a dressing-room. Use it as an office. The possibilities are endless!

Sean Urban Cabin is only 10 land impact. The cabin is 6 LI, 6x6. With the pergola, it is only 6x11. I have also included just the cabin without the pergola.

It is copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh. The no mod sign is the script. This dwelling comes unfurnished.

Sean Urban Cabin is now available for 10L on the Marketplace.

Container Cabins

The Beach Container Cabin is very simple. Basically, it is a one room abode, only 13 land impact and the room area is 6x13. It is meant for when the beautiful beachy days are not so beachy and you have to stay in-doors but you still get to see the amazing view.

Also included is a the Urban Container Cabin which has a different texture for that modern feel.

The cabin is copy and mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. You see the no mod only because of the script.

And, as my appreciation to all those who have enjoyed my creations as much as I have in putting prims together, I have made these cabins available together for only 10L on the Marketplace. I hope you will also like them too:)

Lulu Beach Hut

Lulu Beach Hut is a wooden one-room house on high stilts.

It has louvered walls at the entrance verandah to let the breeze in and shade from the heat. The shutters are scripted to open and shut. The deck, which is not linked to the house, is additional living space. So is the area below the house.

Lulu Beach Hut is 67 land impact and 9x12

The deck is 5 land impact and 13x5.5

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

I have also added optional tropical foliages as seen in this picture.

Lulu Beach Hut is now available for 200L on the Marketplace.
