Converted Red Barn

Here is my take on a converted red barn.

I have quite a large herd of horses and ponies now and I thought a red barn house would look great on my seaside parcel. At least till the next house comes along. Above are my male costume ponies which I don't want to breed and I don't want to send to the cloud ranch up in the sky. I'm a sucker for costumed animals. They're so adorable!

On to the interior of the house:

It's a simple open floorplan single-storey home with end to end double-doors and high ceilings and lots of big windows.

There are 2 partitioned rooms but no doors.

Just lots of space.

And great views.

Stonewood Cabin

Here is my next simple home. It's not as low prim as the last house, but then, this is a 3-storey house.

There are two entrances to the house. I've used the sliding doors.

This is the second-floor with one closed room and an open area.

The house is copy, mod and no transfer. Some scripts are no mod. I have put the house in a rezzer box for easy positioning.

The Minima Pebble Beach Cabin

Finally, I've made a simple home.

The Pebble Beach Cabin is a one room home with only 25 land impact. Imagine all the left over prims for decorating!

Below are very old furnitures I use to decorate the area.

Ok the Bazar Arizona kitchen set is not so old.

The sofa sets from What Next is definite old.

The furnitures and decors from Urbanized are definitely very, very old and they don't have a store here anymore.

The Sea Gypsy Habitat

My latest build is a one-room modern home suitable for all terrain.

It is only 20 land impact and 20 by 10.

You can fit the living, dining and bedroom all in one room and if you really, really want to, you can also add a small kitchen too.

My Stable

The size of my horse herd have grown big and my little parcel is now a stable! Not a surprise.

And with that, I have made a proper stable for them. And so, B&W(as in Blue & White) Open Horse Stables was built.

I made the B&W Open Horse Stables specifically for my ABC horses. First came Stable1 which I tried my best to keep it low prim and 22 prims was the lowest I could go without compromising on it's style. Then I realised that I also needed a small place for my avatar. Thus came the small room above Stable2 which can also be an office.

I've included a rezzer for both stables combined but not for each individual stable.

Each stable has a 32x10 base. They are modifiable, copiable and no transfer. Some scripts are no mod.

a little farm by the sea

My mares have been giving birth left right and centre.

Here is my dapple gray Orlov Trotter mare with her French Trotter foal. I really wanted a Baskir Curly like his dad standing next to him but it was not to be.

Then my Gypsy Vanner gave birth to a little mare just like her while my white Camargue gave me a Westphalian with the 2016 anniversary costume coat. I think it's cool that they can pass their costumes.

As is the case with my little Exmoor pony wearing a Farmer Bay costume coat.

I've had to use my shop parcel to keep some of my extra horses and ponies and after leaving them out in the sun for some time, I've made a little shack for them and added extras like the puppies from Jian and the hay wagon setup the Summer Farm Scene in the picture below for only 50L from Simply Shelby at Melville's California Dreamin which opens till August 20. It also came with a pair of cows which I edited out. There are a whole lot of other 50L and 50% off setups on sale there. So hurry!

And finally, Moon is wearing the latest pants from COCO which you can get at the Knot & Co. She is also wearing an old Truth hair. As usual, she has on the Monica skin From Deetalez and the Lelutka Simone Bento Head together with the Maitreya Lara Mesh Body.

a little bit Country

My little parcel is now a little ranch. The horses have out numbered the cats and the dogs. This month the Liaison Collaborative has gone Country Chic and while I was there, I bought the Dakota Bandana Top and Jacket from GO! so is the pose by [evoLove]. The hair and hat is from Argrace and the jeans from JustBecause.

Most of my kitties are now over 120 days old and no longer breedable except for the remaining 2 pairs of Toyger Tans Kittycats. Above is another pose by [evoLove] and Moon is wearing Undone Top by Neve from the same event. The hair is from Diva! and the necklace from Maxi Gossamer.

And Jinx has a texture Hud for your Water Horse Bento Riding Horse out at the Liaison Collaborative called Country Mane where the horse's mane is plaited into a diamond-shaped net. You also get to add daisies on the plaited mane and the forelock.

Pretty don't you think? In the 2 picture above, Moon is wearing the very lovely flower head accessory called Bagatiba by LODE at this month's Chapter Four. This is a Gacha item. The hair is from LittleBones and the dress is from Schadenfreude.
