Venice Beach Cabin

I was feeling kind of groovy when I built this house.  I wanted something not so clean and neat but I didn't want something run down and unkempt either. Not sure if a house can be called unkempt but anyway, the stencilled multi-colored wood panels gave the house that shabby bohemian feel.

I've also added landscaping to the plot.

The open floor concept of the lower floor with French doors leading out onto the pergola-covered patio.

The Venice Beach Cabin comes in 2 rezzer boxes. One for the cabin and the second for the complete cabin and landscaping. The cabin is 70LI, 23x17 while the the landscaping is 60LI, 23x23.

As usual, they are copy, mod and no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts has the no mod.

Ocean View Retreat

The Ocean View Retreat is a double-storey house with one bedroom.

The house is a combination of wood and stones.

The kitchen area is big enough for a breakfast area but in this picture, I've turned it into a work area.

The house is 44LI with a 20x24 base area. It's all linked but I still have it in a rezzer for easy positioning. The house is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some of the scripts are no mod.

The house is unfurnished. In the above pictures, I have used mostly furnitures from Bazar.

Lake House Retreat

When I was building this house, I wanted the warmth of wood and the sturdiness of cement. I also wanted huge viewing windows.

Mermaid on a Seahorse

Fantasy Faire ends today and I still haven't finished exploring all of it, but while I was checking out the shops on The Rose sim, I found this pretty mermaid outfit for the Relay for Life from DeviousMind.

The Seahorse came from the same shop and is a gatcha item.

A Mermaid or a Fairy

I have always enjoyed exploring the sims.  They inspire me and with that, my avatar is now going through her fairy and mermaid moments.

Happy Birthday KittyCats!

KittyCats has turned 6!
And I cannot resist costume kitties, especially free ones.

You get both the kitties for free but with the boy kitty, you need to do a little hunt at the KittyCats Mainstore. Find 5 little orange cakes outside the store and 1 little orange cake inside the store. Once you've found them all, all you need to do is click the blue cake inside the inner courtyard of the store.

Fortunately for me, while I was there to buy food for my kitties, someone posted the hints for the little cakes. Otherwise, I would have only searched inside the store and given up.
