Little Apple Park in Autumn

Here is a Little Apple Park in Autumn.

This is another of my landscaping project.

This little park has a circular 17x17 base with paved path.

On both sides are colourful Fall trees and shrubs and flowers and a little pergola with hanging yellow flowers. You can see the apple tree opposite the pergola from above.

I am obsessed with the seasonal gold and red tones at the moment.

The foliages and rocks are 76LI.
The base and path are 4LI.
The pergola and hanging flowers are 7LI.

Lily's Enchanted Island

This little Island is specially made for romance or a quite retreat. You can put this island on sim waters or up on a platform of 'artificial' waters.

The Island at night.

The romantic pergola would be a lovely place for a love pledge or wedding vows while the little would could be a quiet retreat to gather the mind.

There are also some animals on this Island.

This bird is easier to find because it's so red!

Emily Victorian House

Another Victorian inspired home!

Emily Victorian House is perfect for the family with 2 children.

It has 3 bedrooms upstairs and spacious entertaining/study area. A door opens up to the balcony and from there you take the stairs up to the roof!

Victorian trimmings add charm and a touch of whimsy to the house.

There are 2 living areas. The left side with the double-doors lead out to the verandah and the pergola.

The kitchen is partitioned. Next to the dining is a another room which leads out onto the verandah. This room is perfect for guests or elderly grandparents.

The turret can be seen from the open area upstairs.

Victorian trimmings add to the charm of this house.

The house itself is 198 land impact and sits on a 26x25 base. I have also added optional floral landscaping which is 95 land impact. They are copy, mod and no transfer.

I have included 2 rezzers, one with the landscaping and one without. I have also included the none rezzer version of the house and also just the landscaping.

Lake House Retreat

When I was building this house, I wanted the warmth of wood and the sturdiness of cement. I also wanted huge viewing windows.
