Venice Beach Cabin

I was feeling kind of groovy when I built this house.  I wanted something not so clean and neat but I didn't want something run down and unkempt either. Not sure if a house can be called unkempt but anyway, the stencilled multi-colored wood panels gave the house that shabby bohemian feel.

I've also added landscaping to the plot.

The open floor concept of the lower floor with French doors leading out onto the pergola-covered patio.

The Venice Beach Cabin comes in 2 rezzer boxes. One for the cabin and the second for the complete cabin and landscaping. The cabin is 70LI, 23x17 while the the landscaping is 60LI, 23x23.

As usual, they are copy, mod and no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts has the no mod.
