February House

I am a little late with my Dollarbie February House. February was actually a wonderful month for me because for 2 weeks, I get to be with my son. I haven't seen him for almost 2 years and it was great having him around again.

The February House is a modern, cement and log combination minimalistic home. It has an open concept on the first floor and 2 entrances.

You can also use the back entrance as a barbecue area.

This house is 52LI and needs an area of 25x21.

The house is copy, mod and no transfer. It is all linked and will increase in prim if you unlinked it.
You can only get this house on the Marketplace for 1L and there will not be a demo for this house.

Avatar Challenge

The Second Life Avatar Challenge by Strawberry Singh is fun. I like tweaking my avatar's features and see what I can come up with. In 3 months I will have been in SL 12 years! How time flies...

I'm using LeLutka Bento Head Simone, Maitreya Mesh Body and Mayfly Luminous Mesh Eyes in Dusky Hazel in all 3 pictures.

Alice Victorian Beach House

Here is another of my compact house which I try to fit into an 18x18. I should also add that a square 1024 plot is 32x32 so there is much space left.

The Alice Victorian House is a 3 and a half storey house with 4 bedrooms and double verandah that wraps half way round the house. It also has a usable attic. It is 194LI and 17.5x17.

Carolina Victorian Beach House

I have been trying to build houses that fits a 1024 plot(18x18) and this is one of them. The Carolina Victorian Beach House, which doesn't have to be on the beach, but so named because I love the sea, just goes up instead of sprawling on a larger area.

I always feel that verandahs keeps the interior of houses cooler but not only that, it also provides shaded outdoor space.

The Carolina Victorian Beach House is a 3 and a half storey house with 6 bedrooms and an attic.

It has an open space main floor for the living, dining and kitchen area. It has a wide and spacious front porch where you can watch the sunset over the waters, have your meal or just hang around.

On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a covered verandah.

On the 3rd floor are 2 bedrooms and on the 4th floor, another 2 smaller bedrooms. The attic is usable.

The Carolina Victorian Beach House is 150LI and 18x18.

Skin

Before mesh heads, I used to have thousands of skins. Now I can count the skins I have on one hand.

My Simone Lelutka Mesh Head cannot wear some of the skins that I would love to buy and I just don't want to spent the time learning to use Omega or any of the other mesh heads from other mesh makers. The deciding factor, of course, is that mesh heads are a bit on the expensive side. So I decided that one head is all I need right now.

When I saw Maewe from Glam Affair at Uber, I was so in love with that face and joy oh joy, it was for Lelutka. I also took the chance to go for the darker skin #9 because for the longest time, Moon have been so pale and I felt it was time for a change.

I believe I made the right decision.

January House

January House is a 2 bedroom double-storey starter home with high ceilings and long windows.
This house is also a dollarbie.

I made this house specifically for the 1024 land area with 351prims. This house is only 50 land impact and has an area of 16.5x9.2. A square 1024 land area is 18x18, so you'd have enough outside area for foliages if you wish.
It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.
The house will only be available on Marketplace and I will not have a demo of this house. There is also no rezzer boxes for this house. It is all linked so please note that when you unlink the house, the land impact will increase.
I plan to do a dollarbie home every month but it is not a promise because sometimes, stuffs gets in the way of our plans.
I hope these dollarbies will encourage people to build in SL as they 'renovate' these houses:)

Aras Island House

This modern home is ready for summer.

It has separated living and dining areas on the lower floor and 3 bedrooms and a bath on the upper floor.

A swimming-pool if you don't like the sea.

A balcony at the back.

Spacious rooms.
