Carolina Victorian Beach House

I have been trying to build houses that fits a 1024 plot(18x18) and this is one of them. The Carolina Victorian Beach House, which doesn't have to be on the beach, but so named because I love the sea, just goes up instead of sprawling on a larger area.

I always feel that verandahs keeps the interior of houses cooler but not only that, it also provides shaded outdoor space.

The Carolina Victorian Beach House is a 3 and a half storey house with 6 bedrooms and an attic.

It has an open space main floor for the living, dining and kitchen area. It has a wide and spacious front porch where you can watch the sunset over the waters, have your meal or just hang around.

On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a covered verandah.

On the 3rd floor are 2 bedrooms and on the 4th floor, another 2 smaller bedrooms. The attic is usable.

Seabreeze Cabin

This simple blue wooden cabin is made with an open concept in mind.

 It has attractive double doors on the outside and 2 rooms with no doors.

It is 96LI and 21x15.
It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

Seaside Brickhouse

This cute seaside cottage is a single-storey, one bedroom home.

Although I built if with the sea in mind, it will still look good anywhere else. I have also added optional landscaping.

The Blue Lady

This is another house inspired by the late 19th and early 20th century homes. I love how they dress up the exterior of their homes with decorative trimmings and so I've named this house The Blue Lady coz she is dressed in blue and white trimmings.

This house fits a narrow 16x25 plot. The entrance has a long verandah/porch and it is big enough to put a chair or two.  Inside it has a spacious living/dining area with a little balcony on the side. The kitchen is partitioned and there is a side door out to an open deck behind. There is a small patch of land where you can even add a small vegetable or herb garden.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with one of the room having a small balcony. On the third floor is the attic where a teenager might want to live in privacy. Except there is no door. So no privacy!

The house is 133 land impact and the optional landscaping is 53 land impact.

Sandpiper Family Beach House

The Sandpiper Family Beach House is a 6-room beachfront home for your large family. Each rooms has it's own double doors that opens out to the verandah.

I have made the living, dining and kitchen area an open floorplan with lots of space to have meals out on the verandah too.

The upper floor has a large spacious area for indoor family entertainment.
