The Lady in Red Townhouse

It's been a while since I made a Townhouse and The Lady in Red is a 3-storey old-style City home. It is narrow and long and the porch is heavily decorated thus I named her the Lady in Red.

This building can be for a large family or a hostel or even a small hotel. It has a long foyer entrance with beautiful wallpaper, double-doors that leads to the kitchen and living/reception area. It has a large kitchen with a back door.

It also has 3 rooms each on the second and third floor.

The building is 148LI and 11.5 x 27.5. I have also included optional landscaping which is 19LI.

The Lady in Red Townhouse is copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts are no mod. It is available for 599L at my in-world store and the Marketplace. A demo of the house is available for viewing at my in-world store.

The Blue Lady

This is another house inspired by the late 19th and early 20th century homes. I love how they dress up the exterior of their homes with decorative trimmings and so I've named this house The Blue Lady coz she is dressed in blue and white trimmings.

This house would look great in the City or near the waters as I have pictured here.

This house fits a narrow 16x25 plot. The entrance has a long verandah/porch and it is big enough to put a chair or two.  Inside it has a spacious living/dining area with a little balcony on the side. The kitchen is partitioned and there is a side door out to an open deck behind. There is a small patch of land where you can even add a small vegetable or herb garden.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with one of the room having a small balcony. On the third floor is the attic where a teenager might want to live in privacy. Except there is no door. So no privacy!

The house is 133 land impact and the optional landscaping is 53 land impact.

The Blue Lady is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

I have added rezzers and non-rezzers.

The Gray Lady Townhouse

The Gray Lady is a Victorian inspired double-storey townhouse.

It has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and as you can see in the picture above, double verandah and long narrow shuttered windows.

The house is narrow, 9.2 wide and 21.2 long.

My Container Garden

I did some decorating in the small backyard of the Yellow Victorian Townhouse. Small gardens are easy to maintain and keeping plants in containers makes them easy to move around. Or to throw out and replace if one doesn't have a green thumb.
The furnitures in the pictures are old items while the plants are something I am starting to add to the houses I build.

The puppies are still with Moon. They're so cute, I can't seemed to detach them yet.

My Victorian Row Houses

My next house project is inspired by the Victorian Row Houses of San Francisco. I'm calling them the Victorian Townhouse Series. So far I've completed 2 houses. I plan to do 4 but I couldn't wait to show what I have done so far! I'm really excited about these houses.

These are 5 houses set side by side in a row. I called them The Blue Victorian Townhouse and The Green Victorian Townhouse. Yes, it's not fancy but I named them so I will remember them easier. The next two will most lightly be in pink and yellow.

I have tried to keep the land impact below 200, so I've combined meshes and sculpts and prims. Sculpts are still great for big sizes because unlike mesh, they don't increase in land impact when the size is increased. I've even added some foliage to the builds.
