February House

I am a little late with my Dollarbie February House. February was actually a wonderful month for me because for 2 weeks, I get to be with my son. I haven't seen him for almost 2 years and it was great having him around again.

The February House is a modern, cement and log combination minimalistic home. It has an open concept on the first floor and 2 entrances.

You can also use the back entrance as a barbecue area.

This house is 52LI and needs an area of 25x21.

The house is copy, mod and no transfer. It is all linked and will increase in prim if you unlinked it.
You can only get this house on the Marketplace for 1L and there will not be a demo for this house.

January House

January House is a 2 bedroom double-storey starter home with high ceilings and long windows.
This house is also a dollarbie.

I made this house specifically for the 1024 land area with 351prims. This house is only 50 land impact and has an area of 16.5x9.2. A square 1024 land area is 18x18, so you'd have enough outside area for foliages if you wish.
It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.
The house will only be available on Marketplace and I will not have a demo of this house. There is also no rezzer boxes for this house. It is all linked so please note that when you unlink the house, the land impact will increase.
I plan to do a dollarbie home every month but it is not a promise because sometimes, stuffs gets in the way of our plans.
I hope these dollarbies will encourage people to build in SL as they 'renovate' these houses:)

Trudy Tropical Island House

I made this house a while back and then I totally forgot about it!

Since the beginning of this year, I have been in a state of turmoil but I am grateful that the chaos in my life is slowly going away. One of the things that has helped me through has been SL and building. And the fact that people actually liked my houses! I am so very grateful.

I didn't have time to make a cute freebie house like the years before, but I do have the Trudy Tropical Island House, so for a limited time, this house is available as a Dollarbie. It is COPY ONLY.

The Trudy Tropical Island House is an open-spaced wooden house on stilts with 2 bedrooms. It sits on a man-made island with a swimming-pool. It has a spacious front balcony and extra-living area below the house.

The house itself is 43 land impact and 22x26. The area for the Island and boulders is 36x43. The landscaping and pool is 90 land impact. Please be sure to be in edit mode when you rez the house because I did not put them in a rezzer box. There are no demo available.
