Soft Opening Chip's One Night Stand Club

I can't believe it's been 2 weeks since I started renovating Chip Takac's Club. Last night, we had a soft opening at the Club showcasing 3 singers, Chip Takacs, Bronze8020 and JoeSatriani Feden. He plans to have a show every month showcasing 3 singers or other artistic genres.

The Waiting Room

My beautiful parcel with the view of the sunset and sunrise and spectacular mainland seas on both sides has been rented for a live music venue. I've always wanted to make full use of this parcel instead of just renovating and remodelling and taking pictures of the end product. I wanted to contribute to the community and this way I am! I'm happy.
The Club is still squarish but I have renovated and retextured it extensively, even adding this neat waiting room and keeping the prim count down. As long as my buildings are below 100 land impact I'm pleased. Of course, there are some which are over 100 land impact. I'm still learning and discovering ways to reduce prims without resorting to mesh.

This Polka Dot Dress

I'm working on my next house project, another quarter house inspiration. It's almost done. That's Moon posing on the completed balcony.

Moon's new skin

Time for a skin change. And it so happens, it's skin fair too.

I went to the skin fair to look at 2 new skins and came back with this light olive skin from Glance, a store I have never heard of before. I love this skin colour Glance skin Anais August.

Has it been a week already?

I am loosing interest in posting on the blog. I have been building a lot.

But I did go out and buy the Belleza 50L Friday skin and the tropical print cocktail dress from Paris Metro because it was cheerful yellow and the heart chain from from Maxi Gossamer for this month's Collarb88.

Eversince I lived on a tropical sim, I couldn't be bothered following the 4 seasons of SL and I just wear what ever I want and it's usually forever summer.

a little bit of shopping

Today I went Liv-Glam shopping. It's becoming a favorite of mine. I love the textures and I love the price. Of course you have to shop while they're on offer.
