Bayview Glass House

 A very minimalistic modern house.

Bayview Glass House is a double-storey modern house. It fits a 1024 land parcel. This house has stilts, so if you like, you can place the house above water.

The outer walls are mostly made of glass to give the best view. The ceilings are high. 

There are 3 rooms upstairs, one can be converted into a bathroom.

And the corridor is big enough to add a study area.

Bayview Glass House is only 35 land impact and 17x14. I have made a rezzer for the house for easy positioning. I have also included the optional island plot and palm trees.

The house is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

The boats and furnitures are not included. They are just decorative suggestions. Furnitures are from Bazar.

Coco Island Beach House

 After several months hiatus, I have come up with another beach house... yes.

Coco Island Beach House is a single-storey wooden house on stilts. It has 3 spacious rooms, tall windows, high ceilings and double-doors in every rooms. This house is only 38 land impact and 17x17. It fits a 1024 plot nicely. It is also partial mesh.

All doors lead to the outdoor decks which I have built on opposite sides of the house.

I have made a rezzer for easy positioning and also added the island plot and palms which are optional. The house does NOT come with furnitures. These are furnitures from LISP, ChezMoi and Hive.

Coco Island Beach House is copy, no mod and no transfer. It is now available for 190L on the Marketplace.

a Winter House

This house is a renovated version of My Winter Dollhouse.  I have made the width wider, changed the upper windows and upgraded the staircase.

Winter House is 36 land impact and 12x9. It is a small double-story house. I have also added newer plants and accessories which are 47 land impact and a 25x16 base.

A perfectly cosy home for the single avatar! And a great backdrop for taking pictures!

Cool Weather Days

I've always loved Jian's animals and during my roleplay days, I was in a wolf clan, so how can I resist this very affordable wolf for this past Saturday Sale?
Neve came out with this outfit, Stone Jacket and Tomboy V2 Pants at FAMESHED. I love clothings that don't bare it all. I paired the outfit with Gos' Star Boots from last week's Fifty Linden Friday find.
The hair is Truth's lastest Group gift.

Jaynie Fairytail Cottage

This is another house dedicated to my ginger Jane.

Jaynie Fairytail Cottage is a small Tudor-style double-storey cottage with a usable attic.

There are no rooms in the house because I wanted to lower the land impact so that I can add the climbing roses and bushes, geraniums and climbing ivy.

This little cottage is only 71 land impact and has a base area of 22x16. The landscaping is 55 land impact, but when linked to the house, the house and landscaping becomes 95 land impact.

I have made a rezzer of the house only(71LI) and the house with the unlinked landscaping(126LI). I have also added the linked house and landscaping(95LI) but this one is not in a rezzer.

Jaynie's Cottage

Jaynie's Cottage is a small double-storey cottage with one bedroom on the upper floor. The lower floor is open concept. Upstairs, there is an open room that leads to the bedroom.

This is a front facing cottage with no back windows or doors.

My main purpose is showcase the front of the house so that I can add lots of flowers in the beddings, wisteria falling down the walls and flowers in the window boxes for that English cottage look with it's garden.

The window shutters and the windows can be opened and closed individually.

Little Stream Forest

I made Little Stream Forest as a backdrop for taking pictures but it can also be turned into a skybox.

I have purposely placed the little stream in the middle and made the middle part of the forest clear so that you could add your own camp there:)

Except for the base, everything else is set to phantom so that your avatar can move easier.

Little Stream Forest is 52 land impact and 28x28. It copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer.
