The Blue Mermaid II

The Blue Mermaid II has 4 rooms.

Open deck between the 2 rooms on the upper level.

The Blue Mermaid Houseboat

My Blue Mermaid houses comes in 3 separate designs.

The first house is actually the last one I built. It's the smallest and really cute.

The open floor plan makes it easy to have the kitchen, dining and living area.

Even the bedroom is spacious and the French doors with the mermaid stained glass is how this built got it's name. It also leads out to a romantic balcony with scroll brackets.

Aldo A-Frame Cabin Extended

I've made a bigger version of the freebie Aldo Cabin.

The Aldo A-Frame Cabin is a 3-storey house with open floorplan and timber rafters. This cabin would look great near a lake or the beach and even on the mountains.

This Cabin has a 3-storey extension at the back.

The cabin is 53land impact and 18.5 by 28. It is copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished.

This house comes in a rezzer box for easy positioning.

I've also included just the A-Frame part of the house for those who wants less prim. This house  is 27LI.

Venice Beach Cabin

I was feeling kind of groovy when I built this house.  I wanted something not so clean and neat but I didn't want something run down and unkempt either. Not sure if a house can be called unkempt but anyway, the stencilled multi-colored wood panels gave the house that shabby bohemian feel.

I've also added landscaping to the plot.

The open floor concept of the lower floor with French doors leading out onto the pergola-covered patio.

The Venice Beach Cabin comes in 2 rezzer boxes. One for the cabin and the second for the complete cabin and landscaping. The cabin is 70LI, 23x17 while the the landscaping is 60LI, 23x23.

As usual, they are copy, mod and no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts has the no mod.

Ocean View Retreat

The Ocean View Retreat is a double-storey house with one bedroom.

The house is a combination of wood and stones.

The kitchen area is big enough for a breakfast area but in this picture, I've turned it into a work area.

The house is 44LI with a 20x24 base area. It's all linked but I still have it in a rezzer for easy positioning. The house is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some of the scripts are no mod.

The house is unfurnished. In the above pictures, I have used mostly furnitures from Bazar.

Lake House Retreat

When I was building this house, I wanted the warmth of wood and the sturdiness of cement. I also wanted huge viewing windows.
