I'm building my next house. You can see the progress behind me. I've completed the house but I'm still puttering around with the garden.

Maribella's Storybook Tudor Apartments

This is another of Maribella's home.

As you can see, it's another Tudor style building. It's similar to the Maribella's Tudor Manor but this time, I've turned it into a 3-storey walk-up apartment building.

Amazingly, this building is only 120 land impact despite it's size. Of course, the layout is open planned to minimize on prims and it worked!

The ground floor could be turned into a shop/restaurant/bar. It has it's own reception area as shown in the picture below:

Below is the view of the upper floors. Wrought iron staircases and railings make for charming architecture and high roofs and turrets lends a fairy tale feel.

New Skin for Moon

I haven't bought a new skin in ages, but last night when I saw the Skinnery Skin Kenza on the Seraphim blog, I decided to get the demo.

I've always admired the Skinnery skin faces but I've always had problems when I demoed it. There's always something not right. This time, it's just right! Moon still looks like Moon. Also, it's Moon's rez day. So Happy Birthday Moon!

Ok, maybe the picture above is not so clear. I was trying to be artistic.

The Kenza skin is actually bare-faced and I've added eye shadow, eyelashes and lipstick. Once I've bought the skin at the Shiny Shabby event, I also had to buy the SLINK feet and hand appliers at their Mainstore. Fortunately I am not into body and head mesh yet or I'd have gone broke.

I love that mole above the upper lips.

Maribella's Storybook Tudor Manor

The whimsical is still strong inside me and I am inspired to build another Tudor style house.

Named after my favorite KittyCat Maribella of the 2 coloured eyes.

Maribella is now over 120 days old.

The Maribella's Storybook Tudor Manor is a 3 storey Tudor-style building with half timber frames, turrets and lead glass bay windows. I added wrought iron grilled staircases instead of wooden staircases for a modern touch. There is also an attached 2 car garage. 

There are 2 separate rooms above the garage but otherwise, the layout of the building is open-planned.

The foliages have been linked separately and if you don't want them, you can just remove them. I have also included a copiable fireplace.

Robin's Nest Storybook Manor

I dedicate this house to my sl mom Robin Capalini for being such a big hearted lady and honoring me as her friend and daughter for the past 8 years! Although we no longer roleplay family, I somehow cannot call her anything but mother.
May all your dreams come true and may you always be blessed with happiness and family.

The Robin's Nest Storybook Manor is a whimsical Tudor-styled home. I have made it open-styled to reduce on prims. The house is 3-storey high with an attached single-storey Great Room and beautiful wrought iron grille staircases. There is also a separate 2 car garage included and tree and foliage landscaping.

I have also made 2 rezzer boxes. 
One contains only the Manor without the garage and the foliages. This is 126 land impact. The land area for this is 40x22. 
The other rezzer contains the complete Manor with garage and foliages and this is 157 land impact. The land area for this is 40x35.

A fireplace is also included in both rezzers.

This building is partial mesh. It is copiable and modifiable except for scripts. Please make a copy before you modify, just in case even though there is always a copy in the rezzers. It is also unfurnished.

Happy New Year 2016!

I wish all my friends, acquaintances and readers a very Happy New Year and I wish you all a better year than the year before.
I'm not one for resolutions, but for SL 2016, I hope I'll be doing more sim exploring and photography. I've really missed doing these. I also hope to continue building and be inspired by architectures and to continue my obsession of the KittyCats!
And, to end 2015, I am putting my Houseboat Village parcel as seen in the picture below up for sale for 30000L. It is an almost 1/8 sim, 7680sqm, 1757prims. It also has a protected and unblockable oceanfront, great for taking the boat for a spin.

Houseboat Village

I've completed my Houseboat Village. It's on a 1/8 parcel close to my store. I'll be leaving the houseboats there for a while till I get tired of seeing them.

You are all very welcome to come take a look at them and see these partial mesh buildings and see what we can still do with the good old prims!
