Papaya Whip-colour challenge

Why is it that the truth makes me feel I have to be on the defensive? Where is the truth in the meaning the truth will set you free? I shouldn't have to get my shotgun out. I shouldn't have to crack my whip. And I surely do not have to set my dog on you!

Anyway, for this week's colour challenge, I look into my very dependable Sn@tch closet. Papaya whip looks like yellow-beige to my eyes.

Dresses short and sassy

.evolve is having a sale and I've been eyeing this orangey minidress for a while now but because it's mesh, I've resisted until now. It was horrible wearing in L size so I took out my slimmer size 5 avatar to fit in.
I suddenly realised while I was doing the poses that dramatic poses is not a friend to some mesh dresses. So many restrictions is frustrating.

Just give me mesh furnitures.

Anyway, Carter is looking hot in this peplum minidress from Zenith(groupgift) but then, being skinny she can wear a sack and still look good! Haha, I remember when my aunts used to say that of me..... now I say that to my daughters. Being wrinkled and thin is just no good. Makes the person look sick.

I saw this wonderful free mesh dress from {Novo Colsa} on the feed and went to get it. Moon looked ok wearing it in size L but better in size S. I changed the face and body shape to fit in with Tuli's Suri skin.

My Village house(freebie)

Also called Rumah Kampung in Malay, it's a traditional Malay house, found in villages and coastal area around Malaysia.

This is my take on it, a very simplified version. I wished I know how to use Blender so that I could add in the delicate carvings and the elaborate roof and lessen the prims. As it is, this house is 69 prims. The stairs are mesh and the shutters are sculpt.
I've put it on the Marketplace as a freebie. It would look great on an island.... which reminds me that I should make a house with a glass floor so I can see the fishes swimming!

My Aussie friend asked me where do they sleep? When it's time to sleep, they'd roll out the mattress which is like a tatami and sleep anywhere in the house! Oh the Simple Life!

My Little Beach House

My building obsession continues...
I made this 10x20 beach house. I've always love huge ceiling to floor windows that let's in all the light. It was those french windows and doors but with a modern twist.

Colour Challenge-Royal Blue

Since there were 2 kinds of royal blue, the traditionally dark blue and the new lighter version of the royal blue, I thought I'd wear both and to add to the confusion, I decided to wear my old colourful psycho sock from years ago.
And.
Let's just run away, me and my dog Jack.
I wish.
Oh on a more serious note, that is a pose I did and I am very happy with the outcome.
