Juita Modern House

 

Juita Modern House is a small single storey modern home. It is only 30 land impact and has a 16x17 base.

It has a separate living area from the kitchen and dining area which leads to a private open area. You can have a potted garden, a hot tub or barbecue area there. You can also get to this area from the bedroom.

Juita Modern House is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. The furniture are from Bazar and Kazza. More pictures on the marketplace.

Mimpi Eco Retreat

 

Mimpi Eco Retreat is a house on high stilts. It is 62 land impact and has an area of 14x13. It would fit a 512 parcel but if you want trees, it would look better on a 1024 parcel as shown in the picture.

When I made this house, I imagined living in a jungle or swamp where the climate is hot and humid and I wanted outdoor living where you could view the top of trees. Sort of like a tree house but not.

So you get the kitchen area without doors that leads to separate living and dining verandah. Upstairs, the bedroom is spacious enough to add other furniture besides the bed, eg, a work table.

Mimpi Eco Retreat can also be used as a houseboat if you have a water parcel.

Adam Eco Hut

 

Adam Eco Hut is a single storey Tropical house on short stilts. You can either place it fully on land or partially on water. Adam Eco Hut is 73 land impact and 15x19. It will fit a 512 parcel but will look better on a 1024 parcel.

It has a separate kitchen with it's on entrance/exit and one bedroom with it's own verandah. The dining and living area are joined. There is a verandah to the entrance of the house.

The house is made of wood while some parts are weaved rattan for better air flow. The long windows are scripted to open and close and are flanked by louvred panels. The floors are made of wood and overlaid with sisal.

I have added a REZZER for easy positioning. I have also included an Island base and some tropical arrangements(additional 58LI).

Adam Weathered Boathouse

 

Adam Weathered Boathouse is a single storey house on high stilts. It is meant to be placed on water, but if you can also use it for land. Just edit out the unnecessary parts.

It has one bedroom and an open style living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a private outdoor balcony at the back of the house.

This building is 62 land impact and has a base area of 18x15. You can place it on a 512 parcel but it will look better on a 1024 parcel.

The long windows are scripted to open and close and the louvred panels allow the sea breeze to cool the rooms(in my imaginations of course!).

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. The furnitures are from Bazar. I have also included the building in a REZZER for easy positioning. More pictures in the Marketplace.

Muriel Cottage

 Muriel Cottage is a small double-storey home. It has 2 rooms and an open area upstairs. It would fit a 512 parcel but would look better on a 1024 parcel.

The living, dining and kitchen area are all separated and cozy enough to put your furniture. There is another door to the outside from the kitchen.

Muriel Cottage is 64 land impact and has a 18x14 base area. I have included the optional chimney and fireplace and corner conifer which are 10 land impact if you choose to use them. Perhaps you have a better looking fireplace:)

New Shapes Part2

 I am so pleased that more skin designers are joining the weekend sales. Because that's where I can get very affordable skins before they go back to their original prices. And I can play with shapes. Face shapes that is. 

Here are some of the shapes I have tweaked with skins from designers IVES, Lueur Beauty and PUMEC. They have the same kind of neck fades which blend down into the body shades which helps with people like me who doesn't have the budget to spent on body apps.

That House with The View

 

That House with The View is a remake of an old favorite, My Modern House with A View. It has higher walls and the living-room is separated from the kitchen and dining. It will fit a 512 parcel(32x16) but would look better on a 1024(32x32) parcel.

Most of the windows are scripted open/close. The interior walls are wood panelling and marble tiles while the exterior stays stucco.

Furnitures and plants are from Bazar, Black Sands, Kazza, Chez Moi. The conifer forest is from Tobias Novi.
