Suri Island Paradise

Eventhough it is now the monsoon season, I can still dream of living on an Island where the sun is always shining.

This little Island is only 35x31 and you can make it even smaller if you want.

I made Suri Island Paradise for a simple Island living-style.

The Suri Island Hut is a single room house on stilts with a balcony. All the windows and door are always open.

The Island has short beaches on 3 sides. The hut stands on a slight slop with palm trees, banana trees and tropical foliages.

Cinnamon Tropical House

After a long hiatus, I am inspired to build this simple wooden house:

The Cinnamon Tropical House is a one-bedroom wooden house on stilt with a back and front louvred verandah to keep the house shaded and cool in the heat of the tropics. I added the quaint village/kampung-style windows on the sides of the house because they reminded me of the village houses I used to visit.

The Cinnamon Tropical House is 91 LI, 18x27. It is copy and modifiable except for the door scripts.

I have also added optional tropical landscaping. The plants are 29LI, the water feature is 4LI and the sculpted rocks are 7LI.

I have also added them in rezzers for easy positioning.

Aldo's Cabin

I have just put the freebie Aldo's Cabin up on Marketplace.

I did this cabin in December 2016 but never put it up on Marketplace.

You could only get it at my store, but I found out today that it had been copybotted and put up on sale for 49L at the Marketplace so that bothered me a lot. The copybotter didn't even bother changing the picture ad! I just hope nobody bought it when they could have gotten it for free:(

The cabin is 9 prims. It is 12x12 and it is transfer only.

Seabreeze Cabin

This simple blue wooden cabin is made with an open concept in mind.

 It has attractive double doors on the outside and 2 rooms with no doors.

It is 96LI and 21x15.
It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

This house in now available for 189L at my in-world store and the Marketplace. A demo is available at my in-world store.

Wildflowers

Did you get to explore the SL15 sims? DId you get the freebies at the SL15 Official Event sims? I got them a week ago but I only managed to open some of them yesterday.
Moon is wearing a free mini Qipao from NYU and it so happened that the dress went very well with the freebie from Belle Epoque.

Seaside Brickhouse

This cute seaside cottage is a single-storey, one bedroom home.

Although I built if with the sea in mind, it will still look good anywhere else. I have also added optional landscaping.

This beach house is airy and quite spacious with lots of outdoor areas on the verandah. It would also look good on the waters and in the mountains.
