Just another SL day

While I was decorating my new Kitties' home, I got bored and decided to go wandering the KittyCat market sims. I enjoy doing this because sometimes I would get a good bargain and I also just love looking at the cats.

I decided to take SoySoy my MegaPuss along. We landed in my kitty store first and was greeted by the kitty fairy. There are a few stores here that I always go to check out their kitties because I think they breed pretty kitties but today I got myself a couple of Black Russian from 2 other different stores.

When I returned, I noticed that Mic my Bloodhound did not come to greet me. He never fails to greet me so I did a search and realised that he was missing from the parcel. I assumed he jumped the wall and got lost.

That made me go to the VKC Store on Turing Isle sim to claim Mic. I've done this a few times. He had gone missing before and also to update him. I got Mic back and guess what else I found! So many cute puppies!

So many of them to play with!

This isn't a pup but still adorable.

Just look into their eyes and you'll fall in love with them.

Happy Birthday KittyCats

KittyCats has turned 5 and with their birthday, they've given us twin kitties!

These kitties are wearing some colourful costumes which are a combination of the past years' birthday kitties' costumes. They remind me of the colourful Mardi Gras.

You can get them at the KittyCats Mainstore. You shouldn't miss this opportunity to get these 2 free kitties because in the previous years, we had to go on a hunt to find the second kitty and you know how time consuming that can be for some of us.

At the moment I'm not building any new houses. I've been busy turning my little parcel into my KittyCats' Home and Garden and it's still an ongoing process. The house is still the Summer Island Lake House but extensively renovated. I'm happy that my kitties can now roam around further than they used to. I've even put out my Bloodhound from Virtual Kennel Club(VKC) and it's so funny watching him try to get into ridiculous places and even climbing up the roof of the house! But he sure loves the kitties and always hang around them.

Aegelmaere StoryBook Castle

Time for a Castle!

Aegelmaere StoryBook Castle is named after my black bengal KittyCat Aegelmaere, grandson of Maribella.

Jardin Aegelmaere. I creates a small semi-formal garden for this home. This garden is optional.

The Grand foyer. Well it's not big, but with the wood panelling, carved ceiling and huge arched window, it's quite impressive for a little castle entrance hall.

The rooms are all spacious.

The spiral staircase that leads to the third floor.

From the third door, you can walk out onto the roof to the little turret for some peace and quite.

I've made 2 rezzers. One with the garden and one without. When you rezz the rezzer onto the ground, please allow the rezzer box to be above the ground otherwise some of the building might not be aligned. Another way is to move the box up and down until the pieces are aligned.

Maribella StoryBook Tudor Cottage

Maribella is having a grand time inspiring me!

The Maribella StoryBook Tudor Cottage is another of my fantasy houses series.

The Maribella StoryBook Tudor Cottage is an open floor plan double storey house. With it's brick and half- timbered walls, climbing roses and crumbling outer walls, it brings a touch of fantasy and romance to the modern era.

The gable trimmings, like laces, makes this house so charming.

I'm continuing my open floor plan to save on prim. The house itself is 123LI with a footprint of 21x28. With the walls, foliages and decors, the house is 220LI with a footprint of 28x28.

I've made 2 rezzers. One for the stand alone house and another with the foliages, walls and interior house decors.

I'm not sure when my fantasy house inspiration is going to end so here is another of Maribella's fanciful house:

The Maribella Storybook Stone Cottage is a double-storey fanciful old-worlde style cottage with turrets, bay windows and arch doors and windows.
