A pair of MegaPuss KittyCats

Yesterday I decided to birth my passion-eyed Domino Megapuss which was the offspring of my CupidCats.
I think the other KittyCats were as excited as I was to welcome the new kitty.... which is probably my imagination coz they are virtual cats, but who knows.

As you can see, Getrut the Forget Me Not kitty is blowing love bubbles at the Megapuss as we waited for him to birth.

Newborn Soy Soy with his babysitters.

Then today while I was browsing the Kitty market on Vygg sim, I happen upon a similar Megapuss with fire eyes and she was only 500L which is very cheap for a Megapuss and I only hesitated for a minute before I snapped her up.

Can you see Soy Soy infront of the Megapuss? He's still just a small black dot.

So now I have 3 live Megapuss.

Easter Kitties and Springtime Kitties

It's that time for me to go gaga again over costumed KittyCats.

This is how the Garden Party Kitties came to usher Spring. In a basket with eggs!

And they turn out so cute with their costumes which reminds me of bygone era. And I got the same costumed pairs!
My Strawberry pair KittyCats.

Easter Kitties have bunny ears and a riot of cheerful colours.

Then I traded my Lime Girl for a Purple Girl and repacked the Purple Boy and birthed them together again.
The same boy kitty but he changed his name:)

And, last my Australian Mist Pair.
Aren't they adorable? They're not 9T cats but I'm working on their offsprings. Not sure how long that will take me or if I will persevere till I get a 9T.

On a side note, I have run out of prims for Kitties at The ScratchN Post Too and so I have rented a store at TOO ADORABLE. You will find most of my 9T KittyCats here. You can also see my latest kittens the Garden Party Strawberry Pair and the HardBoiled Bunnies there.

These latest costumed Kitties are available for purchase at the KittyCat Mainstore.

I've also had to move my house KittyCats down to the garage because we can't move without stepping on a cat anymore. Hahaha.
I still need to do some landscaping but know that KittyCats have taken over our lives!

Have a Great Weekend!

Kitty Pets

This post is all about my virtual cats:)

My first pair of breedable KittyCats are now just a pair of pets. After 120 days, they can no longer breed. It feels kind of sad them not having anymore kitties and I'm glad I didn't sell their first offspring.

I saw Alhrik, Zahara and Isolde their toy offspring sitting together and couldn't resist taking a family picture. I pushed Isolde's mate Anson into the picture. Isolde and Anson has one last kitty to produce before they too become pets.

The funny thing about breeding cats, you never know the outcome of the offspring. Isolde and Anson only ever produce Cream Tabby like Isolde and Ocicat Ebony Silver which came from Ahlrik's(who is an Ocicat Cinnamon Silver) father. I had hoped at least one of the kittens would be a Balinese Cream Lynx like Anson. Let's hope their last baby would be like Anson!

Recently I adopted a pair of what I called chocolate chip kitties. They're Ocicat Chocolate and their colouring looks like they've been sprinkled with chocolate chips. I called them Cadbury and Hershey:)
Recently they had their first kitty and imagine my surprise when their offspring was a Foxie Blondie and the pedigree chart showed no Foxie Blondie on either side of Cadbury or Hershey.

So here is Brendon, offspring of the chocolate chip kitties, looking very much like a fox. He must be a throwback. I am pairing him with another Ocicat chocolate and who knows what their offsprings would be.

Adventures in Cat Adoption 3 - Kittens overload

I have 4 pairs of breeding Kittycats and now I have 13 unbirthed kittens. 1 from the KittyCats advent calender, 4 I had bought when I was visiting the kitty sims and 8 from my own broods. I am overwhelmed.

I hung them all at my house so that I can see them and ponder on who should pair with whom.

I decided that today, it was time for the Dark Chocolate Abyssinians which I had bought, to be birthed.

Aren't they cute with their floppy ears!

Also today, one of the kitty pairs gave birth to a teacup, I'm not sure if I should now go out and get him a teacup partner.

Will these cats eat me out of my virtual home? It's too funny to contemplate!

And finally, the beloved Luell who started this craze for me:

Adventures in Cat Adoption 2

Yesterday I found a partner for my new born KittyCat when I went kitty shopping.  I am fast becoming a cat lady! My skybox now has 6 KittyCats. Good thing there is no litter cleaning involved!

Isold and Anson KittyCats.

Not only did I get the toy Balinese, I also got a few other kitties too. These kitties I kept at my winter home otherwise I would be stepping all over them.

Raid and Marian KittyCats.

Shaka and Jailyn KittyCats.

I must admit, these kitties are too addictive. I can't wait to see the outcome of their pairing. I had only wanted a pair and I had planned to turn them into perma-pets, but now, I'm not so sure.

And here is Luelle who started it all.

Adventures in cat adoption

I never thought I would get a breedable cat but after living with Luella the Firestorm KittyCat and finding out more about the KittyCats pedigrees, I am impressed. So after checking the marketplace, I bought a 2 pairs of new borns from a seller. Unfortunately, the cats were not delivered even though marketplace invoice said they were. I informed the seller via a notecard and even though she made a redelivery, the kittens refused to appear in my inventory. Marketplace glitch I suppose. There goes my lindens!

I wasn't about to give up so I checked in-world, a place called **V's Kitty**  where they sell KittyCats. The KittyKats Mainstore only sells their Starter kittens and we can't choose what kind of cats we want. It's all random and I wanted a Balinese and an Ocicat.

In the end, I chose these 2, an Ocicat and an American shorthair.
It took 15 minutes for them to birth.

Aren't they the cutest little virtual things?

Here we're tickling them with peacock feathers no less!

And here is darling Luella who made me want to get a breedable. I have no idea why she likes the bathroom so much but she's always hanging out there.

A few days later, mama cat watching over her brood:)
