Minima Matteo

Minima Matteo is a modern concrete double-storey home.

It has a living area and a separate kitchen with a back door that leads out to the patio. Upstairs are 2 rooms and an open-spaced area. The floors are marble for cooling. The upstairs rooms have wooden flooring which matches the stairs.

Daisy Cottage is UNFURNISHED and no landscaping. Furnitures and landscaping are to show the sizes of the rooms and house.

This is another rural inspired home. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate living, dining and kitchen.

Liyana Rural House

 

This house is inspired by homes in the rural part of a small tropical town. It's a simple but spacious single-storey bungalow with a low roof.

From the dining area, you can step out onto the patio in the backyard through the double-doors. From the kitchen, you can also step onto the back patio so that barbecue parties are easier to reach instead of tracking the dining area.

This house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate living, dining and kitchen area.

Liyana Rural House needs a base area of 18x21 and will fit a 1024 parcel which is 32x32. It is 54 land impact. It is copy, modifiable and no transfer. It is UNFURNISHED. I use furnitures in pics to let you know the size of the rooms.
