Liyana Rural House

 

This house is inspired by homes in the rural part of a small tropical town. It's a simple but spacious single-storey bungalow with a low roof.

From the dining area, you can step out onto the patio in the backyard through the double-doors. From the kitchen, you can also step onto the back patio so that barbecue parties are easier to reach instead of tracking the dining area.

This house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate living, dining and kitchen area.

Liyana Rural House needs a base area of 18x21 and will fit a 1024 parcel which is 32x32. It is 54 land impact. It is copy, modifiable and no transfer. It is UNFURNISHED. I use furnitures in pics to let you know the size of the rooms.

More privacy

 

This very simple border is made up of a flat prim and a mesh panel. It is basically for people who has a small plot of land and not much prims to spare but wants privacy from prying eyes or just plain unsightly view.

There are 2 borders included in this pack. Above is a 1 land impact 11x6.5 and below is a 2 land impact 31x6.5 border.

The texture is repetitious so you can make it shorter or longer is you want. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. You do need to have some basic editing skill.

It is available on the Marketplace for 1L.
