This is another rural inspired home. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate living, dining and kitchen.

Marlenah House needs a base area of 19x25 and will fit a 1024 parcel which is 32x32. It is 53 land impact. It is copy, modifiable, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I use furnitures in pics to let you know the size of the rooms.
