Before Summer ends

 

Sunbird  on Pyxee Hollows sim  has changed since the last time I visited. It now has a train station.

Instead of the rows of shops, there's the quaint village center with rambling roses and wild flowers creeping over the walkways. Very romantic and picturesque.

Petra

 

These absolutely beautiful Regency gowns called Petra are from Belle Epoque at the FLF Birthday Bash. At only 50L, how can I resist! I am reminded of Bridgerton in Spring.

Cloud Cottage

 

Cloud Cottage is a small double-storey farmhouse with blue roof.

 It has a side entrance into the living room and a separated dining/kitchen area that leads out onto a covered patio at the back.

Upstairs, there is an open space. There is one bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.

Cloud Cottage is 55 land impact, 15x13.5 and will fit a 1024 plot nicely. It copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer. It is UNFURNISHED. Furniture in the pictures are just decors.

Under another Tuscan Sun

 Today I went to Tuscany, Costa Di Luce at SLEA.

There was a small crowd when I arrived and, because I knew it would be laggy, I had turned my graphics down to very low. That way, I could move easier. Then when I had positioned Moon where I want her to be, I would change to high graphics. It's a slow way, but rather than get stuck and crash, this is a better alternative for me.

We had tea and cake. There is a gift in the shop but I haven't gotten around to opening it yet.

Then I went to check the Farmer's Market at the end of the row of shops. This reminded me of another Farmer's Market and I decided to travel there instead of finishing exploring this beautiful place. I will be back.

This is the fresh market on Deer Island. 

Finally, an AI oil painting... ah, this looks like a romantic story.

Grayson House

 

Grayson House is a double-storey brick house with three rooms upstairs. Living, dining and kitchen are separate.

The dining and kitchen have doors leading out to the side patio.

There is a small entrance area that leads to the living area.

Route7

 I went riding with Jackie my Waterhorse at the Campsite on Squall. It was an early hazy morning.

Entering Gumtree, I chatted with the hitch hiker, but not picking him up. This morning is just for me and Jackie. There is also a free diving gear(scuba and diving helmet) if you want to swim in the waters.

If you're lucky, you can ride on the green SLGI ship Juno or other public transports. There are also rez zones along the route.

It's a peaceful neighbourhood.

Landed Route 7 ends in Rebin, but you can take the free sailboat to continue your route journey or wait for a pod or SLGI ship.

I turned around and return to the beach.

I was using Ultra graphics the whole time and did not crash! 

Cooling Summer

 It seems like Summer is winding down at Luanes World with the hazy mountain in the background.

I also noted that some shops are already selling autumn and Halloween stuffs and it's still early August.

I don't really need to talk. Just sit and immerse in the beauty and peace. And take pictures.

Then there is Obsidia where we went to watch comets.

It was late. We tried meditating like the cat, but it didn't work. The comets were a distraction.

I also turned the beach image into an oil painting and it gives me a 1950s vibe. 

I like this picture I took. A man desolate, lonely, sad...

And turned it with cyberpunk prompt. Now he doesn't look like he has given up. Maybe contemplating.

Lastly, on a totally different subject, I have decided to stop using FB and Flickr and just stick to Primfeed and blogspot.

To the dance

 

This is my interpretation of classy casual. Moon is wearing an old dress by Ison and last year's hair release by Truth. Then we were off to Calas for live music and dancing.

Last week I was planning on going to a formal live music event. This is gown from Pare I bought during the weekend sale. The hair is from Doux. The flamingos are from Simple Shelby.

Fun with Pose

 

This is actually a TMD weekend pose from Secret Poses called Brotherhood. Well, as you can see, you don't need to be a guy to use this pose, but I had to edit and move Moon's pose.... which is why I didn't add their feet in the picture. She was on air!

Chez Moi had a flash sale this weekend, but I bought this set during last year's sale. I didn't even know that there was a pose for man playing guitar! I never checked.

Then Moon and Carter went to Luanes Magical World to see the Unicorn. That place is so amazing, it's difficult to choose where to pose. If you join the group, you can rez and that was what I did. 

Finally, I use chatgpt to turn the image into an oil painting and it reminds me of a fantasy illustration from a book.

This is not a building post

This month, I found out that I could turn the image of my avie into a realistic human image from this post. Then I found out through googling that I can also turn those SL images into art styles. So, to end the month, here are some of the styles:

Watercolour.

I use modern Renaissance painting as the prompt for this picture.

This is Pre-Raphaelite style. AI gave sleeves and skirt to this picture. I think that is how it was in that era.

The original pictures were taken at Luanes World and I love how the background came out.
