April Courtyard House

April Courtyard House is a simple private home with a swimming pool in the middle of the courtyard. There are 2 separate 'rooms' and a lot of covered verandahs.

The house and pool is 42 land impact.
I have added optional pots and plants which are 38 land impact.

The complete house is 80 land impact.

February House

I am a little late with my Dollarbie February House. February was actually a wonderful month for me because for 2 weeks, I get to be with my son. I haven't seen him for almost 2 years and it was great having him around again.

The February House is a modern, cement and log combination minimalistic home. It has an open concept on the first floor and 2 entrances.

You can also use the back entrance as a barbecue area.
