Modern Beachfront Villa

It's been awhile since I've build a minimalistic house.

With Ibiza still in my mind, I've made these 3 beach houses. They're painted white, they're simple and they're pragmatic.

Villa I is 39 land impact and eventhough it is on a 17x17 square base, it has a staggered open plan layout. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs and an open porch at the back to view the sea.

Villa II is also 39land impact and on a 17x17 square base. It has a separate unit on the ground floor which can be turned into a guest room and faces the open back porch. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with one bedroom having a private balcony.

Villa III is 35 land impact and is 12x17. It has a porch and a balcony at the back to view the sea. It's a house for singles or couple.

The houses are copiable, modifiable but not transferable. The houses are partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts are non modifiable.

These houses are available for 59L each at my in-world store or the Marketplace. Demo of the houses are available for viewing at my in-world store.

I have also set for sale, all 3 houses in a box for 150L up on the wall in my store. And as an added bonus, I have also included all 4 types of the palm tree arrangements.

The Gray Lady Townhouse

The Gray Lady is a Victorian inspired double-storey townhouse.

It has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and as you can see in the picture above, double verandah and long narrow shuttered windows.

The house is narrow, 9.2 wide and 21.2 long.

Spring KittyCornS!

Last week I bought KittyCats' Spring Maneki Kitties and this week I bought the KittyCornS! pair, kitties with the unihorns.

My Purple Rain and Spring Kissed KittyCornS came out of rainbow boxes!

I've also retextured the walls of my kitties' home with the shabby rose wood panels I had used for my Shabby Rose Cabin.

Shabby Rose Cabin

I've missed building houseboats and the Shabby Rose Cabin can either be land or water bound.

I took these pictures on my water parcel where I build and where my in-world store is.

The Shabby Rose Cabin is 58land impact with a 26x21 base. It is copy, mod and no transfer. It is partial mesh and unfurnished. The boat is not included. Some scripts are no mod.

Seamus Bayou House

The Seamus Bayou House is inspired by the riverfront houses on the Louisiana bayou.

This house is named after my KittyCat Seamus who is a tiny teacup and forever the size of a newborn kittycat.

He has the double plush whiskers and he looks like a seafaring Seamus. I've named a couple other houses after him.

You can put your boat next to the house.

As you can see, I'm not bored with the gambrel roof yet.

The 'attic' is spacious.

I've made 2 rezz boxes, one for the house and another which includes the landscaping.

Spring Lucky Kitties

KittyCats Spring Collection came out yesterday. As previous years, there are 2 collections and this year they are the Maneki DreamS and the KittyCornS.

Maneki figurine cats are said to bring good luck and all around goodness to their owners. There are a lot of myths about the Maneki cat and if you're interested, you can check it out here. I'm so thrill to get the Maneki because it reminds me of my own rl Siamese Flame who whenever she stretches, she would raise one of her arms up. Too Cute!

My Manekin DreamS pair which I named Rosie Posie and Sweet Pea after the pink and purple Spring flowers.

That's how small the newborn kittens are next to my normal size cookie kitty.

The Minka Beach House

For the first 2 weeks of this month, my computer had been in the workshop. I tried using an old laptop to log into SL but I was only able to be online for around 5 minutes before it crashed. It was actually a good thing because I was inspired to build a beach house.

The Minka Beach House is inspired by Ibiza, Spain. This house is only 42LI and has a base area of 21x21.
