Rocking it in Liv Glam

This is a picture I took of Moon and Carter standing outside a Theater in their Liv-Glam outfits. I've been waiting to get my hands on the top Carter is wearing because those beaded fringe reminds me a lot of retro and boho and hippie goodness. Then the little french hat adds a bit of artsy while the sandals tone everything down.

Black and Red dresses that say sexy

A super sexy little black dress. It's those cutouts at the waist that gets me.  I saw this dress on facebook a few days ago and waited for the soho event to open to get this dress.

And cheap too at only 80L from [C.A] Mia Dress (at the SOHO Market).

And like I said before, just coz something is cheap, doesn't mean it's not good. These are all totally worth-it dresses and you can dress them up or down depending on your mood. 

 I have a weakness for retro dresses and this one feels very 1960s.

Have you been to the Wash Cart Sale yet? All the items on the carts are only 10L and I found some incredibly good deals there. When I saw this 'wedding gown' and a few carts away were these tiara and butterfly set, I knew Carter had to pose as a princess.

I Can't save a Horse( Monday Meme Challenge)

Before I attempt to do my own meme, I had to find out what a meme is. The past few meme challenges I had done, I only had to answer questions. I didn't have to crack my brain for ideas.

Well, that's not very encouraging. I rarely follow the norms, traditoins, cultures what-have-yous, unless I absolutely have to.

I  love country music and this meme is an ode to the song Save a Horse Ride a cowboy, and I love my pixel horse and I love hanging out around the Calas Galadhon sims and I'm glad they're back. I guess this meme is about the 3 things I love in both worlds. Music, animals and landscapes. And, about fantasy :)

Here are a few more outfits from Liv-Glam I could not resist getting for my avatars.

Recently my daughter was looking for cargo pants because her fieldwork takes her to some rough places and incredibly, she had a difficult time searching for it. It wasn't in trend and she almost bought a pair from the boy's department when she found a branded pair at an outlet store. That made her day. Just because she has to go murking around in the wetlands looking for bugs doesn't mean she has to look sloppy.

I'm not sure these outfits on Carter and Moon are suitable for fieldwork, but they sure look fun!

Some gatcha items from the Arcade

I can't believe it's already Friday!

I finally made it into the Arcade. Things were rezzing very slowly, but because I knew what I wanted, I didn't need to see what was on the gatcha machine. I just needed to know where they were. Manouvering with the help of the mini map helps me not to bump into people although if there was lag, it doesn't work sometimes.

I think they all look great.  Leila makes Moon look youthful and mature at the same time while Candy is absolutely classy. It's those red lips of course. Alice is especially adorable because of the wide-eyed innocent stare and the slightly parted lips.
