Sunday Lullaby

Sunday morning stroll with my pittie furbaby down Bella's Lullaby is quite therapeutic. Every where I look, I can almost feel the gentle breeze, neither hot nor cold and the colours are soothing to my eyes. It's like an opening scene of a romantic countryside movie.

Anyways, this single sim has loads of photogenic scenery.

DP YumYum's latest hairstyle was irresistable and you can get it at this month's Collarbor88. I also made this newest shape, Lulu with the big eyes!

Walking the trail

This time my visit was to a nature park, Mount Campion Caves National Forest. It's on the Mainland and it consists of 10 sims. You can even rent the houses there. When you land there, you can get an info notecard about the park.

I didn't enter the caves because truthfully, I don't like scaring myself and caves are scary, dark and smelly spaces. And this time, my companion is a little King Charles Spaniel from Jian. I did spent an enormous amount of time trekking and I think I walked the same path a few times too.... lost obviously. Thankfully, I can just teleport home without a search party looking out for me.

In this spot where this picture was taken, if you're patient enough, you can even catch a glimpse of a fox running around, but it was too quick to catch for a picture.

McGregor Converted Barn

McGregor Converted Barn as the name suggest, is a barn that has been converted into a home. It still has the rustic red wood and white trimmings on the outside.

This home is a redo from my older Converted Red Barn which is now retired.

It is spacious, with high walls, 5m and 13m in some parts, long windows, and 2 private rooms added to the back of the house. The back door is a single sliding door. The windows are scripted to open and close.

McGregor Converted Barn is 83 land impact, has a 23x21 base. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I have also added a rezzer for easy positioning.

Please see the house at the Demo Area.

McGregor Converted Barn is 180L on the Marketplace and the Demo Area.

Yuna Beach House

Yuna Beach House is a single-storey white bungalow with one private room on a meter high base.

It has high white-plastered walls, white bricks walls(5m) and brown rustic trimmings. This house uses sliding doors and long windows.

There is a spacious verandah at the back of the house for outdoor living.

Yuna Beach House is 99 land impact with a 21x21 base. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have also included a rezzer for easy positioning. It is UNFURNISHED.

Please see the house at the Demo Area.

Yuna Beach House is available for 270L on the Marketplace and the Demo Area.

Ori Beach House

Ori Beach House is a small open-concept home on a meter high base.

It has high white-plastered walls(5m), brown rustic wooden trimmings and a verandah for outdoor living. It has double sliding doors for the entrance and long double windows, if you open both of them at the same time, you can walk out of.

Ori Beach House is 34 land impact and the house itself is 15x9 with an additional 1m for the stairs.

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have also included a rezzer for easy positioning. It is UNFURNISHED. Please see the house at the demo area.

Riding in the Country

One of the best thing about SL is that I can pretend I'm an expert rider. This pretty countryside stand alone sim called Deer River is an ideal place for horseback riding.

You don't need your own horse. As soon as you land, you will see a horse and you can choose the kind of horse you want or the kind that will not get your avatar's legs into their belly. I tried a few until I got to Jigsaw. I think it's an Arabian. It's width is quite slim and my legs didn't get 'eaten'.

My companion today is my furbaby Countryside Collies Pup from Jian. We're wearing matching outfit.

Waiting for the bus

Here is another trip to a place I've never been. A place in Italy which I found from the SL destination guide. The countryside was more picturesque than the town and there was even a bus ride out to the other nearby sims!

My companion is the big blue Great Dane from Jian coz it's never a good idea to walk alone in a strange place.

For this picture, I am using Nacon's Sweet Morning Windlight. I use the medium setting, so there are no shadows, but on the upside, it's not painful on my computer and somehow, the picture seemed clearer to me.
