Jackson Farmhouse

 

Jackson Farmhouse is a mix of modern and rustic old-world charm with it's paneled wood and faded plaster walls. It is a double-storey house with high walls(5m).

It is U-shaped with entrances on 3 sides infront and 2 at the back. From the middle front, you can enter through the double door. This area is spacious enough to fit the kitchen and dining. From the left, you enter a closed room which can be a guest room or a study. From the right, you enter the living area from a door with side panels. This room is also big enough to have another dining table too.

Eco Alia House is a double storey Traditional inspired wooden house.

It is a compact home with a separate living area and joined dining and kitchen area. The entrance is a carved sliding door that leads straight up to two rooms.

From the dining/kitchen area, there is a sliding door that leads outside.

Eco Yuna House

 

Eco Yuna House is a double-storey Traditional inspired wooden house.

It is small and compact but with high walls(5m). It has separate living and dining area and kitchen. Upstairs, there are 2 rooms.

The entrance to the house is a sliding door with carved geometric star motif on one side. There is also another entrance from the kitchen.

Eco Yuna House is 66 land impact and has approximately 12x17 area. It will fit on a 1024(32x32) parcel.

Eco Hana House

 

Eco Hana House is a single storey traditional inspired wooden house. It has high walls(5m) and curved roof.

The windows are large to let the light in and some of them are scripted to open and close.

It has separate living, dining and kitchen area. It has 2 rooms. The entrance is a sliding door with carved leaf motif on one side. From the living area, you can also exit out onto a patio from another sliding door. You can also enter the kitchen from this patio from another door.

Eco Hana House is only 45 land impact and 17x15. I have tried to minimize on the prim count by making the outside texture and the inside texture the same, so if you changed the textures, please note that you will need to edit and add extra walls.

Eco Hibiscus is a 2-storey traditional inspired tropical home.

At the entrance, the verandah is covered by wooden flowery carved panels where you can have a sitting area away from the heat. 

You enter the house through the double doors. The living and dining area is opened spaced. The kitchen is separate. Long scripted windows let the light in.

There is a private room which you can use as a bedroom or a study or whatever you want. Upstairs are 2 spacious rooms.

Charlotte Tudor House is a double-storey house with high walls(5m).

It has separate living, dining and kitchen.  You can also access the kitchen by way of the living and dining area. 

The living area leads out to the back through double doors.

There is also a door to the back from the kitchen and also from the dining room.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bath. There is also a spacious area for extra entertainment.

Widow Green Cottage is a Tudor inspired house with a little bit Victorian influence. It is spacious and has high walls(5m).

It is a double-storey house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is also another room downstairs which can be turned into another bedroom(because the bath is attached to this room) or it can be a study or whatever you want it to be. The one bedroom upstairs is also attached to a bathroom but it is also accessible to the other 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen is separated and spacious. The dining area and living area is open-spaced. There is also a sunroom/indoor garden which can be entered from the kitchen and the open-spaced area. The kitchen also has a separated entrance from outside.
