Miranda House

 

Miranda House is a double storey house, which you can either placed on land or water or both. It has a 'boat landing' to go up to the house. There is a wooden deck infront of the house and you can enter the house through the living-room or the dining-room.

The kitchen, dining and living rooms are all separated. Upstairs, there are 2 rooms. The long windows are scripted to open and close.

Miranda House is 88 land impact, inclusive of the 3 palms and cactus. It is 19x21.5. It will fit a 1024 parcel. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have also added a rezzer for easy positioning.

The furnitures I use in the pictures are from Kazza, Bazar, LISP and Hives.

Fisher Summer Boathouse

 

Fisher Summer Boathouse is a double storey home on the water. Or, if you want it on land, it can just be embedded into the land and you get a garage instead!

It has a separate living area that leads onto an outdoor porch and a joined kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, there is a space for a relaxing/entertainment area. There are 3 rooms. I rarely do bathrooms nowadays, the smallest room can be turned into a bathroom.

It is 106 land impact and 18x19. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It comes UNFURNISHED. I used furnitures from Kazza, Chez Moi and Interior Addiction in the pictures.

Fisher Weathered Boathouse

 

Fisher Weathered Boathouse has seen a lot of stormy weather and thus the name:) But it is still a cheerful home with it's faded blues and white painted woods. It is 74 land impact and has a 17x18 base. It fits nicely on a 1024 parcel.

It is a small home with a one-room living, dining and kitchen that opens out to the balconies and a spacious bedroom that also opens out to the balcony.

Below is where you keep your boat with more space for other activities.

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It comes UNFURNISHED. The furnitures I used are from Bazar, Kazza and Chez Moi.

Fisher Rustic Farmhouse

 

This rustic wooden house has weathered a lot and the shades of blues and white paints adds to it's charm. It is 65 land impact and 11x14.5 and fits nicely on a 1024 parcel.

It is a simple double-storey house with one room downstairs and one room upstairs. The single glass-door entrance leads up to the upper floor and the room downstairs has a double glass-door that will take you outside.

The glass windows and shutters are scripted to open and close, as are the doors.

I have added a rezzer for easy positioning.

Paloma House

 

Paloma is a modern single storey home with high ceilings and long windows for maximum view.

Windows can open and close.

It has separate living, dining and kitchen area and one bedroom.

Paloma House is 64LI and has a 21x19.6 base area. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. It also comes in a rezzer for easy positioning.

I have added optional water features for aesthetic purposes. I have also made a rezzer for the house and the water feature if you want to use it. The water features adds another 10LI.

Maxwell House is a medium-sized house with 2 'attic' bedrooms.

It has high ceiling of 5m. It is 76 land impact and has a base of 19x18. It fits a 1024 parcel nicely.

It has separate living, dining and kitchen area and an extra open area both on the ground floor and the upper floor.

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I have included a rezzer for easy positioning. I have also included optional chimney and fireplace and white rose bush grouping.
