Belum Tree House Jungle Retreat

I am in my tree house phase at the moment and here is another jungle theme tree house.

This time I made a couple of the tree branches share the same space as the house.

That was quite a challenge to built. Above is a tree branch in the living area.

The Belum Tree House Jungle Retreat is 199 land impact and 40x40.

It comprise of a huge flowering tree with a couple of tree trunks sharing space with the high stilts village hut. The house has 2 rooms, an entrance verandah and a deck. A river runs behind the house with 2 waterfalls.

I've also added 3 toucans and a parakeet and a small duck family.

I have also included a border screen on both sides of the plot.

My Kitty's Tree House

While in the process of building a tree house, I took a break to built this tree house for my precious virtual kittens to set home to.

And it's also a freebie. You can get it at my in-world stores in Farshore, Besma or Too Adorable.

This is how the stretched out version of the Tree House looks like on my pets' parcel.

The Kitty's Tree House is built with old prim sculpt except for the platforms which are old prims. It is modifiable and you can stretch it to ginormous size and the tree house will still be 8 prims. As a big tree house, you can also share it with your kittens as I have done:)

I have also made it phantom because I didn't want my kittens or my other virtual pets to keep on banging against the tree. Basically, you set your kittens home on the platforms and when they wake up, they will jump down onto the ground.

Since it is modifiable, you can also untick the phantom while in edit mode. You can mod the tree any way you like:)

Belum Jungle Retreat

A holiday hut in the jungle high up on stilts. There are no windows or doors to this hut. Just let the breeze cool you off and mosquito nets to fend off those pesky insects.

The Belum Jungle Retreat is 138 land impact and 35x40.

The verandah to watch the wild beasts prowl.

The 2 rooms of the house are separated by a stair-bridge.

The Belum Jungle Retreat Hut is 57LI and 19x23.

This hut is surrounded by huge trees and a water feature. I have also added a few unscripted birds to add to the jungle effect: 79LI and 35x40.

Just a Little Grotto Waterfall

This little grotto has two streams of water flowing down into a little pool. It is almost covered with ivy vines creeping all over it. The grotto, plants and landscaping is 56LI and the base is 1LI.

A little covered pergola on stilts sits next to the waterfall. It is a place for relaxation and contemplation.

The  pergola is 9x7 and 17LI.

The Blue Mermaid III

The Blue Mermaid III is the last of the series. It has 2 rooms.

The exposed rafters and beams makes the living area looks bigger.

The Blue Mermaid II

The Blue Mermaid II has 4 rooms.

Open deck between the 2 rooms on the upper level.

The Blue Mermaid Houseboat

My Blue Mermaid houses comes in 3 separate designs.

The first house is actually the last one I built. It's the smallest and really cute.

The open floor plan makes it easy to have the kitchen, dining and living area.

Even the bedroom is spacious and the French doors with the mermaid stained glass is how this built got it's name. It also leads out to a romantic balcony with scroll brackets.
