Summer Breeze

Although it's still freezing in some parts of the northern hemisphere, monsoon is finally over here and no more musty clothes! My January Gift, Summer Breeze, a mesh gown with optional flexi skirt because I like to see the skirt move.

The Stopover House

Stopover House is a low prim 23 land impact house with a 12x15 base. I remembered driving pass a similar-looking house every time I went to visit my grandparents when I was little. I think it was a railroad housing in the beginning but the last time I saw it, it had turned into a power substation. Of course, that house, being in the tropical lowlands,  didn't have a chimney.

Green Verandah Cabin

Continuing my low cost houses, this time it's a one room cabin. Only 31L!

I made this house for my snow parcel, but it sure looks good as a beach cabin too.

North Beach Cottage

New house!

North Beach Cottage is a double storey house with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, a sunroom, a kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. French doors from the living and sunroom leads to the open patio where you can have picnics and barbecues while watching the view. The sunroom with it's blue lattice wallpapers adds coolness to warm summer days and warmth to cold winter days.
This is a house for all season and not only for the beach!

This house also comes with a fireplace and burning log for winter months.

My first gown of the year! I was inspired to do this gown when I saw the frosty polka dot print. I added flexi skirt to this mesh gown so that when Moon goes dancing in it, I like to see the skirt swirling about.
