Ideas for Boat Houses are bombarding me and I've completed another one.

This house is 76 land impact with an 18x30 base area and eventhough I've linked all the parts together, it still comes in a rezzer. A demo of the build is available for viewing at the store and I've also put it up on the marketplace.

My favorites from Hair Fair 2014 part1

Yesterday I went on a hair spree at the Hair Fair. There were so many choices, it was really hard to keep a tight hold on my budget. I also had to remind myself that there is a bigger purpose to this event than just shopping.
Here are some of the hairs I had bought. This is just the first part because I am strapped for time and can't add more.

Living on the Water

A couple of weeks ago I began working on my latest build and then my pc died on me and had to be repaired but I finally completed it.

This picture above, I used pixlr to pretty it up but the following pictures are all unedited.

The house is 82 land impact while the dock is 11 land impact. A demo of the build is available for viewing at the store and I've also put it up on the marketplace.

I've added a few more partial mesh dresses(ie mesh dresses with flexi skirts) at the store.

When I was making these dresses, I wasn't sure if I preferred the tummy covered or uncovered because I like both styles, so I've added both in the pack. These are 2 pieces dresses so that ladies with different size tops and bottoms won't have any problems wearing them. They can also be worn without the flexi skirts so that makes it a 4 in 1 deal!

The mesh parts are no mod while the flexi skirt may be mod and copied.
