Wesley House II

 

Wesley House is a small, double-storey American Midwest home with high ceilings and walls(5m).

It has a small porch entrance with glass-paned door, a separate living/dining and kitchen area with another glass-paned door to the side of the house. Upstairs, there is a small landing and 3 private rooms, the smallest which can be the bathroom.

Wesley House is only 54 land impact and 18x15. It will fit on a 1024 land(32x32) but would look better on a 2046 plot.

The house is copy, mod, and no transfer. It is partial mesh.

I have also added a rezzer for easy positioning.

Sonora Lake House

The Sonora Lake House is a modern contemporary home with one bedroom and an open concept layout for the living, dining and kitchen.

It is made of cement, wood and glass. The back patio is accessed through sliding doors via the bedroom and the living area.

The house is only 38LI. I have added optional desert plants which is 20LI if added separately, but if linked to the house, the Sonora Lake House with plants is only 49LI!

I have added rezzers for easy positioning.

The Sonora Lake House is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

Sonora Lake House is now available for 225L on the Marketplace.

Kisana Apartments

It's been a year since my last apartment and this one is inspired by the modern apartments around my area.

 The Kisana is a 3-storey walk-up apartment. It is only 72 land impact without the trees.

Belum Modern Villa

Continuing my modern houses, I have made the Belum Modern Villa. It is inspired by the houses I see everyday where I live.

We love our concrete and wood accented houses because concrete lasts forever in this hot climate and the little bit of wood we use, we're willing to replace when the time comes.

The Belum Modern Villa has 7 rooms of varying sizes. 2 of the smaller rooms would make ideal baths which leaves 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has it's own private balcony which faces the front of the house.

The living and dining area has their own sliding doors which leads onto the verandah while the family area above has sliding doors that leads onto the balcony.

The car porch is not enclosed and it is below the private balcony. There is also a door leading to the kitchen at the end of the car porch.

The house is 153 land impact and 22x31 wide. It is copy, mod, no transfer. It is partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts are no mod.

I've put the build in a rezzer for easy positioning.
