This house has a spacious living/dining area, a kitchen area and a smaller room. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Anabeth House is 82 land impact, partial mesh, copiable, modifiable but not transferable. It is 12.5x17 and will fit a 32x32 plot nicely. Please see the house at the demo area.
