La Nina Lake House is a small double-storey white painted house with timber accent.
It has large windows all around and a wide double sliding-door at the entrance and another on the kitchen side of the house which leads out onto a free patio. I imagine this area looks out to the lake(or river, sea, mountain or some other wonderful view).
The house has 2 partitioned areas on ground floor and a spacious bedroom upstairs.
This house has a cement block base instead of stilts. If you don't want it to sit partially on the water, you can edit it out.
This house is 52LI and has an area of 23x14. It is copy, mod and no transfer. It is partial mesh.
It comes with and without a rezzer.
