Colby House is a small Georgian Town house with high ceilings(walls are 5.5) This house is only 40 land impact and has a base of 12x16. The house is 11.1x14.
The small foyer leads to 2 entrances into an open spaced room. Here is where you have the kitchen, living and dining area, and even a little corner work area.
Long staircase at the entrance leads up to a bedroom and an open area on the upper floor.
The house comes in a rezzer. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is unfurnished. The furniture used in the pictures are from Bazar, Kazza and Wrong. More pictures shown in the
