Ori Beach House

 

Ori Beach House is a small open-concept home on a meter high base.

It has high white-plastered walls(5m), brown rustic wooden trimmings and a verandah for outdoor living. It has double sliding doors for the entrance and long double windows, if you open both of them at the same time, you can walk out of.

Ori Beach House is 34 land impact and the house itself is 15x9 with an additional 1m for the stairs.

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have also included a rezzer for easy positioning. It is UNFURNISHED. Please see the house at the demo area.

Riding in the Country

One of the best thing about SL is that I can pretend I'm an expert rider. This pretty countryside stand alone sim called Deer River is an ideal place for horseback riding. 

You don't need your own horse. As soon as you land, you will see a horse and you can choose the kind of horse you want or the kind that will not get your avatar's legs into their belly. I tried a few until I got to Jigsaw. I think it's an Arabian. It's width is quite slim and my legs didn't get 'eaten'.

My companion today is my furbaby Countryside Collies Pup from Jian. We're wearing matching outfit.

Waiting for the bus

 

Here is another trip to a place I've never been. A place in Italy which I found from the SL destination guide. The countryside was more picturesque than the town and there was even a bus ride out to the other nearby sims!

My companion is the big blue Great Dane from Jian coz it's never a good idea to walk alone in a strange place. 

For this picture, I am using Nacon's Sweet Morning Windlight. I use the medium setting, so there are no shadows, but on the upside, it's not painful on my computer and somehow, the picture seemed clearer to me.

Taranui Beach House

 

Taranui Beach House is a low-roof weathered wooden house on stilts.

The larger open-spaced room is for the living-dining-kitchen while the smaller room is for the bedroom. Both leads out onto a spacious deck through double sliding doors.

There is another door at the side of the house through the larger room.

The long windows and shutters are scripted to open and close.

Taranui Beach House is 82 land impact and has a base of 20.5x15.5

These puppies are from Jian and HEXtraordinary, and since Moon was wearing pink also, I decided to visit a place I've never been before and take some pictures.

Eco Alunan Chalet

 

Eco Alunan Chalet is a wooden house on stilts with long windows and sliding doors.

It has a spacious verandah leading into the main house.

There is one private room with it's own small verandah that can also be used as a private entrance.

Charis Townhouse is a red brick 3 storey townhouse with high walls(5m) and long windows.

On the ground floor, the floor layout is open-spaced with a break where the staircase is. There you can have a separate kitchen area.

The upper floor has a large private room and an open spaced area.

On the third floor, there are 2 private rooms with a balcony on the front room.
