Taranui Beach House

 

Taranui Beach House is a low-roof weathered wooden house on stilts.

The larger open-spaced room is for the living-dining-kitchen while the smaller room is for the bedroom. Both leads out onto a spacious deck through double sliding doors.

There is another door at the side of the house through the larger room.

The long windows and shutters are scripted to open and close.

Taranui Beach House is 82 land impact and has a base of 20.5x15.5

Eco Alunan Chalet

On the ground floor, the floor layout is open-spaced with a break where the staircase is. There you can have a separate kitchen area.

On the third floor, there are 2 private rooms with a balcony on the front room.

It has a living area of only 7x11 but you still get the feeling of spaciousness because of it high walls(5m) and long windows.

The ground floor is open spaced but the staircase separates the kitchen area. Upstairs, there is an open area and 2 private rooms.

Sagewood Rowhouse is only 69 land impact and has a 7x13 base area. It will fit a 512 plot but will look better on a 1024 plot.
